Ladd Ralph V

Ralph is a great man and worker. He would give you the shirt off his back. I know there must be more to the first review because Ralph works 6 days a week and very late. He is very skilled in many different trades. He is honest and trustworthy. I have called him for help late at night and he has come to help immediately. I would definitely refer him.

I scheduled the guy to come and give me a quote for some bathroom work. He showed up on time, was friendly and seemed competent; I was glad to have found someone I liked… I agreed to his quote without haggling.
He never showed up on gameday. WTF. I called 2 – 3 times that day, left a message offering to let him come any time that day, and then inviting him to come back the next day — but never got a reply. Did he knock and I didn’t hear it? I suppose its possible, but not likely. If that was the case — wouldn’t you call?
I can understand schedules get re-​arranged, I can even understand there are probably more profitable jobs out there than installing my piddly vanity… but no phone call or explanation and wasting my time is not something to be tolerated.
