First Bite Pizza & Grill

I had a fantastic time here tonight! The service was phenomenal – we used the LoopedIn app to pay and they made sure to honor the deal that was advertised ($ 13.99 for 2 small specialty pizzas – typical price is $ 9.35/each).
The woman at the counter was incredibly attentive and anticipated our need for napkins, water, and takeout containers. I haven’t had service like that in a long time!
The pizzas itself were delicious. The veggie pizza had spinach, tomato, mushroom, broccoli, and red onion. The veggies were fresh and tasty! The pizza was a very thin regular crust – perfectly crispy on the bottom and crust.
The buffalo pizza had good quality (and quantity) of chicken and was totally drizzled in buffalo sauce (vs. just the chicken), ensuring that every bite was awesomely spicy.
The small pizzas come with 6 big pieces, certainly enough for 2 – 3 meals for a small/​average sized person.
The place is small, but I would definitely come back for both the food AND the wonderful service.

A few friends and I came here because we had a coupon on amazon local and were looking for small family owned restaurants around Boston. We’re all originally from California and are in Boston as BU students so getting to know the local restaurants seemed like a good idea. The joint itself is pretty small, and I wouldn’t recommend for large parties, but groups sized like my own are ideal. We tried their house special and the Hawaiian pizza. Both were AWESOME. The crusts were nice and thin and crispy and the toppings were generous as well as zesty. The pizzas came out very hot and melty. We actually had to wait a while for them to cool down, so the cheese and toppings wouldn’t just slide off. I felt like the best part of the whole experience is the fact that its a family owned restaurant. They have their own taste, and their own style. The only thing I would recommend to the owner is to have a soda fountain machine for refillable drink, but even that is not a problem! It’s a really really good just eat and go kinda place.

Totally not healthy for you, but their Buffalo Chicken Calzones are amazing.
