Allston Dental Associates,DMD

This is my third visit back to Allston Dental and it has been as great of my other two. Silda is always a pleasure to see so kind and friendly definitely an asset to Allston Dental. Dr. Patel is an awesome and GENTLE dentist! This is the first time in 37 years I have not been petrified of going to the dentist. That is truly amazing!!! Renada is also such a kind and gentle dental assistant her and Dr. Patel work absolutely fabulous together. Everything is explained to you before they do whatever procedure you are having done. I tell everyone that needs a dentist to most definitely go to Allston Dental. They are phenomenal!!!

I’ve only been once so far but I’m sold.
Dr. Nguyen and staff were very friendly and hospitable.
They helped me get a cleaning real quick so that I could get to work on time.
They didn’t try to upsell me anything.
She was genuinely nice and caring and thoroughly talked me through everything.
She even knew about my insurance details and talked to me about my options, trying to help me out.
She did the cleaning herself instead of a dental hygienist (nothing wrong with dental hygienists but I haven’t gone to a dentist in a long time that did the cleaning themselves).
The office also has a great view of the intersection of Harvard and Comm Ave and is nicely organized with open spaces. It is located on top of the McDonalds and the door is on Harvard Ave.

I have been going to Dr. Nguyen for over 20 years. I was in my 20’s when I had horrible tooth pain. First I went to Gentle Dental and they wouldn’t take me because I didn’t know if I had dental insurance. So I went home and went to the yellow pages (before the internet!) and I called Allston Dental. They took me right away, took xrays and gave me the news that I had a sinus infections plus a lot of cavities. So! I did end up having insurance, and I have stayed ever since.
Dr. Nguyen is a great dentist, very kind and knowledgeable, I completely recommend her.
