Zero stars, if possible. Bill Polverine is a cheat and a liar. I’m actually surprised that he’s not in prison by now! I bought some «Bench Tested & Guaranteed» circuit boards from him on EBay. One was wrong, 2 were bad, and were sent back to him as requested. Then nothing. Waited, emailed. Nothing. When he finally responded, he was rude and shirked all responsibility for the problem. Finally gave up, and he knows that most people won’t keep fighting for small amounts. He seems to think that his positive EBay feedback outweighs all of the negative ones, but he is sorely mistaken. Even hardcore criminals have days when they are well behaved, but that doesn’t make them angels in anyone’s eyes.
