Dave came on time to my house after I received a recommendation from my neighbor about his services. He was thorough in explaining what needed to be done and my home needed a deep cleaning after years of neglect! The carpets came out like new and I was amazed at how much cleaner they were, including difficult spots that needed to be removed. I would recommend Dave to my friends or neighbors. He did a good job moving my furniture and getting around as much as possible after I had cleared as much as I could off the floors prior to him coming to my house.

Dave did a great job, he answered my call immediately and was at my house the very next morning to clean up after my washing machine leaked into my basement carpet. He also cleaned my living room and hallway carpet and one bedroom. He was done in an hour, and was very thorough. My basement smells better than it ever did and he made my carpets look so much better than they did before. They were pretty bad to begin with so anything was an improvement! I will definitely call him again!

Have had two properties cleaned by Target — excellent results for both. Our newly purchased house had years of pet stains and spills from the prior owner plus new ones from our dog. The carpets look almost new now and smell a ton better! The owner was able to fit in an appointment quickly before a holiday party and made sure we were satisfied with the results. Will definitely call again and would recommend to a friend!

Target Carpet Care came to my house in NJ and pick up my area rugs for cleaning they bring it back a week after the rug was very clan they did a great job you can used this company they great guys .I will recommend them to all my family and friend

I see Dave’s response to my feedback, and he is correct on many points.
When I asked him if his machine would leave any soap in the carpet, he said no. When I asked if his machine had a separate water line to the nozzle for rinse, he said no — you have to empty the machine and do a separate rinse pass with only water in the tank. That wasn’t included in the price. Given all this, there wasn’t much point in pressing the issue.
I didn’t realize how much soap and dirt was left in the carpet until AFTER he left. I expected some, but not that much. If I had known, I *would* have asked him to come back and rinse it clean. But as it worked out, I did it myself.
When he called, he did offer to come back and clean the carpets (which I appreciate), but this was weeks after I had already cleaned them myself. He also offered me a refund (which I also appreciate), but I declined because the matter was already over for my wife and I.

Dave came today from Target Carpet Care of PA. We have 3 cats and a light colored rug. They were starting to show a lot of wear. Dave was very courteous and prompt. He did an amazing job on the carpets. They look beautiful, smell fresh and he put a scotch guard down to protect the carpet! It’s very safe for animals and children. Something we worry about since we are pet owners. I would highly recommend his services.

Target Carpet Care Just did my house carpet and my sofa I hade a big stain on my carpet they took it out they clean all the sofas and my dining chairs also pick up my area rug and bring it after 6 days I was impress from the job they did after I sow that my carpet was so clean I was thinking it will never move out of there I was so happy when they finish the job
