Really bad. The food seemed heated up from a day or two ago. The seafood in the playa was spoiled, I ate two bites before realizing something was off. I’m still concerned I may get sick. Steak was fatty and bad, potatoes were old and reheated. 6pm on a Saturday and we were the only two people in the place. I can’t believe they actually served what they did.

We are staying at the Holiday Inn and decided to go to the bar to eat and drink instead of the restaurant so this is for the food. For the appetizer we ordered the sheared tuna with shrimp sauce without peppers. When it arrived it was not was I was expecting. I thought it would be tuna with a shrimp based sauce to dip in. Nope, it was tuna cooked medium covered in shrimp, previously frozen you can tell my the baby size of them and they were cold, in a sauce. I think if the shrimp were fresh and were cooked in the sauce and then placed on the tuna I would have enjoyed it better. For dinner I ordered the bbq bacon burger cooked medium. And that’s exactly how it came out which I was excited because most places suck at getting the temperature right. It came with fries which were standard but no ketchup was offered, and I love ketchup. My boyfriend had the chicken cordon blue with broccoli instead of asparagus with mashed potatoes in a cream sauce. His qas very good, chicken a little dry but over all very enjoyable. I wish the menu was a little larger but all in all it was an excellent meal.

Had tickets to event downtown not far from Manifesto. Made reservations for 6:30 for dinner. Concert at 8:00. Got there and people told us there wasn’t staff to serve them. We saw a mostly empty restaurant and met a very nice Maitre’d who was turning patrons away due to a lack of waiter’s and waitresses. We had reservations and once seated had an amazing but overworked and overwhelmed waitress named Jennifer. She said the wait for many dishes may be long and if a salad was ordered she would have to prepare one. Fortunately she advised us well and did her best to accommodate her clients. The food was very good. This is a poorly managed restaurant that turned patrons away on what could have been a profitable night. Thanks to the staff. There just was not enough of them.

Went there for lunch and loved it! Parked right outside the door with a meter. Charming Spanish waiter brought out delicious bread. Had the best salmon I ever had… My husband loved his rice dish. The décor is beautiful! We will go back again! Soon!

Bar review only!!! Don’t bother(nice & simple!). Interesting concept, great drink selections, terrible execution. Place was dead on a Friday @ 7, dead quiet, beer selection terrible, out of grapefruit juice(how does that happen?), jukebox broken, caipirinha terrible(at least serve in the glass), margarita average. So many better places within walking distance, how does this location keep messing up so bad?

Walked in for the non existent lunch buffet that is still advertised on their website. Staff from the Holiday Inn were eating lunch there and had to go in the back and get someone to seat us since no Manifiesto staff was to be found. Spinach and artichoke dip was basically water with spinach and artichoke. They’re only getting 2 stars instead of 1 because my quesadilla was pretty good and large for the price. Work in center city, trying all the surrounding places, won’t be back to this one.

Worst experience ever!!! I have never had worse food or service in my life! Food took an hour to come out. Was terrible tasting. Under cooked, over cooked, and smelled old. Manager came over«Jenny» she wasn’t even concerned more annoyed with just getting us out of there. Waitress took forever to order foods and after we complained took forever to get our checks. When checks finally came they were wrong and we were charged for more then we ordered. I left feeling sick and unsatisfied. Horrible horrible horrible. Just walk a little farther up or down Hamilton and you will find fabulous restaurants. If I could give zero stars I would.

Well… since iam staying at the holiday inn this week I thought I would give this place a try plus I have been hungry for seafood Pealla for a long time. After reading the reviews I had second thoughts so I went in for a late lunch. there was one couple there and me. The server was outstanding. My iced tea was always full and I never tasted iced tea like that… it was delicious. He then brought me out these little crustini garlic breads that were awesome I could have out 50 of them. Now the Paella… they put a lot of seafood in there and it was a large portion of rice. one thing. it was lacking flavor. I may be spoiled from eating paella in south florida but it was missing something. in addition I can see where people get upset on the wait time, I arrived at 1p and left at 205p it took a long time to make this dish. Give this place a few more months to get its act together. I think it will be ok.

I take no pleasure in giving a 1-star review to any restaurant, but there was no part of our dining experience for the 4 of us at Manifesto that rose above the single star rating. We had read previous negative reviews but decided to give it a try because our friends had stopped by a few weeks earlier just to check it out for our potential pre-PPL concert dinner, and the host had been very welcoming. We went there on a snowy Sunday evening. The restaurant was not busy. Our server was pleasant but her service was not satisfactory. She did serve us our ordered drinks promptly, but we had to wait too long for water. There was an even longer wait for our salads. And then as we were eyeing the time(we told her we were going to a concert), she did bring our dinners – to 3 of us– and told our friend she would bring his dinner right out to him. The delay in bringing out the 4th dinner was unacceptable. When it finally arrived, he politely declined it. Our server took it back to the kitchen and returned with it, saying that they did not want him to leave hungry, and. it would be taken off the bill. All of us agreed that our dishes were nothing special. I had the mofongo and the pork. I was hoping for an authentic South American culinary experience, but I was disappointed. The mofongo and the pork were too dry. Sorry, Manifesto, but none of us plan to return.

We had reservations before the Neil Diamond concert! We arrived on time for 6pm reservation. Took 10 minutes to be seated. fifteen minutes for water, more than 30 minutes for wine. After an hour we got one appetizer. One hour and Fifteen minutes we got second appetizer. We cancelled the dinners and paid for drinks so we wouldn’t miss the concert! Worst restaurant experience ever! Several other customers got up and walked out. Some complained and eventually got served after more than an hour! We were told to come back for breakfast because it was a different Kitchen crew and service was fast and food was good! Really? When concerts are at noon, maybe we will!

My husband had reserved a time on Valentine’s Day for us to celebrate at the Manifesto restaurant in Allentown, PA. We drove 2 hours on a snowy evening, paid a hefty fee for parking only to find out that the restaurant would not honor our reservation. The restaurant claimed they overbooked for the night, but looking around the restaurant, you only saw 5 tables being in use. A waiter, not a manager, had told us and 2 other groups of reserved guests that they are not honoring the reservation. They continued to tell us that we can pull out our smartphones to look for alternate seating. The restaurant did not apologize for their oversight, nor did they offer any consolation in making the evening better(ie: raincheck, coupons, etc.).

We went on Valentine’s, With reservations. We waited to be sat for 20 minutes, when more than HALF of the tables wore empty! Long wait for a drink, worst ceviche in the world(there was no shrimp mixed in, they sprinkled some MINIATURE shrimps on top of the ceviche don’t know from where), my beer was not cold, my wife’s wine taste like tequila, they only had that one, the table next to us got the wrong meals, the ate it still. It was a MESS. My wife’s stake was hard, mine was actually tasty. I went to support small business but It was a disaster in there but we stayed for the laughs, we wore entertained it was like a comedy show. But it was not worth my $ 132 bill

Me and my wife went to Manifiesto for the first time on Valentine’s Day… Peaceful mood and great food. The place was immaculate… Fresh and delicious entrees, definitely a come back place… I given them 4 stars, because of the bathroom distance from the restaurant.

It was a horrible experience. It took about 30 minutes to just get water. When we told the host we were leaving, the drinks arrived which were on the house but we left. Something was horribly wrong as the stress was evident with the staff and more and more people were leaving.

This has to be the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Waited two hours for cold over cooked food. Was told the manager was too busy to talk to us. A discount would not satisfy our experience. Do not try this restaurant!!!

Here, my fiancée and I had the best paella ever. The flavor was a perfect fusion between Spanish and«Carribbean» cuisine. It was full of great tasting seafood and the rice was tender and flavorful.

Five adults tried this new restaurant in the Holiday Inn Hotel on Thursday. Overall, the food was excellent, the setting very comfortable, and service was good. I definitely will eat there again. We were seated immediately at a table for six; most of the tables have good separation so that one is not affected by conversations at other tables. The menu had a good variety of dishes, some normal fare with a Spanish twist but others were Spanish recipes. Cost for our meals averaged about $ 30-$ 40 including appetizers, entrees, dessert, and beverages. Our host was personable and helpful. We spent about 1hr 45 mins so courses came at a reasonable pace. Water/drink refills were timely. I had clams for an appetizer(excellent) and a full rack of ribs(superbly cooked in an excellent sauce); we shared desserts. The ribs were some of the best I’ve had in many years. A great place to dine.

My wife and I went to Manifiesto(located in the Holiday Inn) for lunch. One of the best all around dining experiences we’ve had in a long time! The décor is elegant but comfortable dark tones but ample lighting. Our server was excellent, knowledgeable, personable, efficient, an unobtrusive. Such a pleasure from what we all too often encounter. The food was prepared flawlessly, served hot and was delicious. We’ll be back for a dinner soon.
