Very nice service & friendly staff! I have gotten my facial twice & i must say they did a great job both the times. The ambiance of the salon & spa is so enticing. The parking is little diffuclt as you have to do a street parking. The services & products are little pricey though completely worth as they use«ORGANIC» stuff. Glad to see that they are expanding their business!

I have been coming to Eden Organics(both this location and the Doyelstown one) for almost two years. One thing my husband and I noticed last night is that their rebook prices went up by $ 5 and the process go a bit more confusing by adding some other price-point/type of rebook for a deep tissue massage + facial. The bodyworkers are absolutely AMAZING, and this review would be a solid 5 star had I only chosen to review them. However my focus is the evening receptionist(5pm on Tuesdays and Fridays) is just plain rude. We had a little discrepancy about what kind of massages we got — she handled this in a curt and unprofessional manner, giving us all kinds of flippant attitude and treating us like idiots. We know what kinds of massages we had, they were the same ones we usually get, so why piss off a customer? Not to mention, we rebooked and paid $ 110 — you got money out of us and we didn’t HAVE to rebook, so why be so rude? Although Doyelstown is a bit of a hike for us, I would consider going there JUSTTOAVOIDTHISRUDENESS. How disappointing to have a nice relaxing hour, for my husband’s birthday, and then have all that tension brought back by a rude send-off from the receptionist? I certainly hope the manager reads these, because the first time we went to the Allentown location this same girl was curt, but not rude. This second time she was downright rude. If we come back a third time and she’s consistently rude again, I won’t be rebooking.

Just had a great Vitamin-C facial with Lauren. You can tell she knows what she’s doing. The staff is very friendly and the spa is gorgeous. I highly recommend this spa.

I just had a facial and a back facial from here. It’s a very nice place and the customer service was top notch. Before I went here, the lady who does my eyebrows told me that her friends that are in the business said the place was excellent. I used to work in Allentown so I asked my old boss about the place and he said he met the owner and was very pleasant. So a happy boss makes happy workers. :) Overall the experience was great. I had a very relaxing treatment and I do feel my skin improved. The only reason why I gave 4 stars vs 5 is due to how pushy they were about microderm abrasion along with some other products. I understand add ons and repeat customers are important, but it felt like a little too much time was placed on it. Regardless, I would still go back due to the excellent experience. From the receptionist to the owner, everyone was pleasant, helpful, and skilled in their job. You definitely don’t find that every day!

So far so good! Here at Eden for the first time. Ashley is really helpful, walked me through the color choices and how the processes are done through every step. Everyone’s really friendly. The place is gorgeous. Was here when it was previous owners… this is NOT them! My only«complaint» was that the shampoo chairs are a little high for a shorty like me. It’s not easy to lean back when I can put my feet down, but no biggie. As soon as she started shampooing me, I forgot all about it. Will definitely be back!

I’m sold! Had Maressa/Marissa for my organic Vitamin-C Facial. It was fantastic! She is really accommodating and friendly and I highly recommend her. **What I loved**: — Ambiance — it had gorgeous brick on the outside, stones surrounding it, large doors, huge ceilings. Amazing place to walk into honestly. Very Brooklyn. –Facial– extractions were done pain-free, gentle hands, she used a set of facial degongesting/firming round balls and that really took the facial to a relaxing place. I felt that I looked great after my facial– definitely fresh and awakened. Also, the little things count with facials! During any mask she put on, she massaged ! She asked if I wouldn’t mind a scalp massage and the second more hydrating mask she did a 10 – 15 minute massage around my shoulders, arms and upper back area. Nice 2-in-1 deal! — Friendliness(both owner and Maressa were very nice and not pushy in sales) — Products were pretty awesome– I saw goat’s milk soap and I’m a fan of what I buy in Whole Foods and recommend people definitely purchase it– they had a lot of different scents to choose from **What I did not like**: I could never really be comfortable and at peace because I was worried that it would end soon !(honest). They have a program once you become a client to have their Classic Facials for $ 50 a month(no other hidden fees/taxes etc. just $ 50 and your tip). See you next month Eden!
