Devine Intervention

I contacted Rod yesterday because I had urgent personal matter that I needed someone near Allentown to look into for me. I contacted a couple of PI services. The first one I talked to felt like an interrogation than information seeking. After about 10 minutes, I knew that was not the person nor company I wanted to work with. About an hour later, Rod called. Right away, I knew he was someone I could trust. Even though it was a long weekend, he told me he would get on it the next day even though it’d be Memorial Day.
I was under extreme emotional distress and Rod was compassionate, reassuring, and most of all professional. He took the time to listen to me and comforted me. He explained how he thought he could help me and what his fee would be. He asked if I agree with the approach he was going to take. If not, how I would like him to handle it. He provided insights to me based on his years of experience.
I paid my fee via PalPal but after about 3 hours, I was able to finally get in touch with the person I was looking for so I didn’t end up using Rod’s service. I texted him and emailed him about midnight his time and to my surprise, he responded and told me he’d give me full refund which he did the next morning. He also told me he was very happy that I was able to contact the person I was looking for and that if I ever needed his service again to let him know.
I can not tell you how much I appreciated his kindness and understanding. I know he is a God send angel put on earth to help people in need. If you ever, ever need private investigation service, I highly recommend Rod.
