Collins Brian J Atty

I had Mr. Collins represent me in 1999. I really would have benefited from a continuance, and he refused to ask for one, making my case return a lot worse verdict. I knew the judge that would originally hear the case, and had a good knowledge of the way she handled disputes. Unfortunately she was away on sick leave when my case was to be heard. The judge sitting in for her was not nearly as liberal, and had the case forwarded to county, leaving me with an M@# on my record.
If Mr. Collins had listened to his client, and got a continuance, things MAY have turned out better, but at least no worse.
Brian is an arrogant lawyer, who thinks only of a quick return, Wally Worth would have been embarrassed by hiring him. Wally was a great attorney.
