Archery At the Glenn

My twelve year old son takes lessons here. He’s pretty introverted, but they do a great job working with him and he really loves it. I took a lesson and had them set up a bow I had bought from on-​line. I’m a complete newbie; they were never condescending and were always positive and are really good at what they do. I like the friendly atmosphere, too. I’ll buy all my archery stuff from them from now on (good prices and perfect service).

The owners of The Glenn are meticulous and honest. My family has now purchased 4 bows at this shop and we couldn’t be happier with the service and attention to detail that this store provides. This is a family run business so you shouldn’t expect the 30 minute bow set up that «box stores» provide. They take the time to really fit an archer with the right equipment. They don’t try to oversell equipment, but instead focus on matching equipment correctly to the archer’s ability level and experience. The bow techs at The Glenn have decades of experience and can problem solve any issues. They have a wealth of knowledge about both recurve and compound bows. Their lessons are top notch and my kids always leave The Glenn confident with noticeable improvements in their shots. The instructors have a great eye for finding flaws in an archer’s form and then offering helpful suggestions to correct the issues. They’re able to do this in such a positive manner that my kids never feel frustrated or unsuccessful. My 3 kids recently joined the JOAD team and love it. The kids on the JOAD team are supportive of one another and everyone has a good time. They have a variety of leagues that can fit most needs including leagues specifically for ladies, families and youths. I’ve been to all of the archery shops In this region and The Glenn is by far the best I’ve found.

I just started archery with a recurve bow. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They have long and compound bow as well. An indoor range and a full shop for all your needs. I guess you can say they «hit the mark» on this one.

Love this place! They are wonderful with my 8 year old son. He enjoys his lessons very much! Family-​oriented place!
