I had my SUV detailed at A2M and I could not be happier. I called and was able to get an appointment the next day. The customer service (Ahem) was outstanding and my car was truly spotless. Fantastic!

This place is a haven of hope for everyone who is skeptical about the auto service industry, or has otherwise been overcharged and screwed in the past.
This auto repair shop is a start up three years old, and owned by two brothers who are both committed to outstanding customer service and building a base of highly satisfied customers. These smart men know the value and power of word-​of-​mouth referrals and positive Unilocal reviews.
Here is my story. My car experienced a moderate dent when a coworker backed into it. My coworker agreed to pay for the damage, and so I brought my car to a local auto repair shop. I was given an estimate of about $ 700, and told it was possible the price could go up if they found further damage once they took the bumper off.
I suppose I could’ve let it go with that, after all someone else was paying the bill. But the price tag seemed high, and my experience with auto shops is that when they tell you there «might» be additional charges, you can pretty much bank on it.
So I found A2M Collision Center on Unilocal,and it was the only five-​star rated shop in the Lehigh Valley. Consistently impressing customers is a tall order, and so I figured it was worth the trip to Allentown to check them out.
I worked primarily with Mustafa, who gave me a quote significantly lower than what I had been quoted at the other place. I must have looked dumbfounded because Mustafa asked me if that was different than my expectations. I said it sure was, and immediately gave them the job.
The job took a few days, and so I needed a car rental. Mustafa drove me to the airport to pick up my car rental, and he drove me to drop it off after the service was done. He didn’t have to do this, and the idea of charging me for it didn’t seem to even cross his mind.
I will be honest. In the back of my head, I wondered if the lower cost meant lower quality work. But when I saw the completed work, the bumper looked brand-​new. I was so impressed with Mustafa’s sincerity and commitment to customer service that I asked them to detail my car while they had it. That is the level of trust that Mustafa had inspired.
Mustafa returned the favor by immediately offering me a discount off of their regular fees, and also included an intense cleaning of my headlights to increase visibility.
Throughout our dealings, Mustafa was personable and kind, too, expressing sincere interest in me as a person, not just as a customer. Well, A2M Collision Center has earned a loyal customer and I will refer any friend or colleague to them who needs repair, detailing, or paintwork.

Wow, couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at A2M. The wonder was very friendly and welcoming. We bought an Express Wash on Amazon Local for $ 9.99. I can’t believe how incredibly cheap it was! Even at the full price of $ 19.95, this place is definitely an amazing deal. The car was cleaned to perfection both inside and out! Any time I need my car cleaned or anything else, I will be sure to go to A2M and I suggest you do as well.
FYI: the place is a little difficult to see from the road. We passed it a couple of times, whoops!

Don’t bother looking for any other place to go to if you need your car painted. You found it here. I had a scratch on my new car and after hearing from my dealer that it was going to be expensive and would not look the same I was pretty upset to say the least. I looked on Unilocal for a business to paint my car since I am new to the area and due to the reviews already posted about Ahmed and his business I figured I would give him a shot. Right off the bat Ahmed told me not to worry about the scratch, he would get rid of it. This guy knows his job! He explained to me in detail (understanding I don’t know the first thing about painting a car) what he would do and how it would look. When I picked my car up it looked like the day I bought it with 12 miles. Once again he explained to me everything he did in detail and even gave me advice to take care of my car in the future. I got the sense that this guy cares about my car just as much as I do. His professionalism and customer service in the auto sector far surpasses what I am used to which covers NJ, NC, VA, and PA. I’m a firm believer in customer service and will go with any business that treats me right since I always have the option to go somewhere else. This place treats the customer with respect and does a remarkable job as well. Highly recommend A2M Collision Center to anyone in the Lehigh Valley area.

Stopped in today for a full interior & exterior detail. I was extremely happy with the finished result. Ahmed was very helpful and courtiest. He also specializes and runs a body shop at this location. Briefly asked him what he could do with a recent gash I got on my rear bumper. He explained everything in great detail and a understandable manner to someone with minimal knowledge in body work. Highly recommended, very helpful, and polite.

I had purchased a deal from living social, interior and exterior cleaning service for my car and boy was i impressed with the work that A2M was a able to do. I have cloth interior where everything sticks to it and they were able to get the stains out, the matts were cleaned, the nooks and crannies were spotless and the hand waxed exterior really put it over the top. I loved getting into my not so new, New feeling car.
