The Trails at Creekside

I would give no stars if I could. My roommate and I have lived here almost a year. Shortly after moving in, new ownership and manage man took over and it was great at first. But then we started having problems with neighbors and we were ignored multiple times (to this day I’m still waking up at 6:30/7 every morning because of my neighbors dog, but since the dog isn’t on the lease, the girls in the office say they can’t do anything about it because they can’t accuse someone of violating their lease. Her name is Katie.) Every time I call, the phone rings and rings and I have to leave another voicemail that I know will never be returned. So then I go into the office, and each time, I have to wait because they’re never there. Trash valet regularly skips random apartments and ours is usually one of them, even though we aren’t violating any rules. They power washed the hallways and soap and water leaked into my apartment. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that Johnny the maintenance guy is always friendly and easy to work with. But even today when I was in the office giving my notice to vacate, one of the girls in the office said the other guy never actually shows up and laughed about it. Save your money. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments that are far better than these and cost a lot less with no hassle.

I would really like to say how wonderful the maintenance guy Isaac is… on Christmas Day he opens up the office for someone to get a package for their special someone gift… who does that but someone that loves their residence… there is never a time that Issac doesn’t say hello and how are you doing Jackie… always says it is good seeing you… I don’t have the best reputation at the apartments… some think I am a pain in the butt… but I am a pretty caring person… I give shout outs when I need to… thank you Issac for being such a wonderful person… we are so lucky to have you at Trails of Creekside

Lots of miscommunication here on the property. And Ms. Kelly the manager does try to do her best I am aware things happen but things seem to jeep happening over and over. When Ms Kellys is not here and u try to speak to her staff, her staff is overly rude disrespectful.. eye rolling they don’t want to help or assist especially the assistant manager. The only person I care to get assistance from is Kellys but her staff is horrible.. this management company has become a little disappointing

Under new management and everything has been great with the transition! This complex has several amenities including a great sun bathing pool, fitness center, game room with pool tables, and access to an amazing running trail! I have been very satisfied with the service when needed and really enjoy the family aspect of this place.

Beautiful property!!! New staff and new management! Resort style pool, Starbucks coffee machine, resident activities, pool tables, state of the art fitness center and more!
