Jason is absolutely amazing! He’s been my colorist for 5 years and has never let me down! When I was ready for a change, he (politely) advised me the shade would not work w my skin tone; he has my color down and pairs seamlessly with my natural highlights. He is honest, fair, quick and efficient!!! Jason is hands down my #1 colorist and highly recommended!

Jason has been my color stylist since he helped me finally find the perfect shade of platinum blonde 6 years ago, after a year of failed attempts with other stylists. It comes out perfect every time, his prices are very reasonable and you never wait– he is always ready you for with with a diet coke! People comment on how they love my hair color every week– it’s ALL Jason!!! He’s the best!

Jason has been my colorist for about a year and a half. My hair has just enough natural sprinkles of gray to annoy me, and a demi-​permanent color is the perfect solution, offering a more natural coloration and less stress to the hair. When I learned that Jason was practicing his craft in his own salon suite now, I was excited to visit him and have him continue his work on my hair.
His salon suite, like the others in the Mattison Avenue complex, is intimate and inviting, and his space features a large window to allow natural light to filter in, which helps judge the color balance without the harshness of artificial lighting. Another plus of his new digs is that you don’t have to move to the «processing area» while your color is in progress; you can stay cozy in your chair and use the wifi to check in with the office or do some surfing on your phone.
After a rinse and thorough shampoo, I was concerned that the color might be a little dark, but we agreed to wait until after it was dry following my cut to decide. Sure enough, after the cut was complete and it was completely dry, the color was great.
I highly recommend Jason’s work; he’s very professional and will make sure you are happy with his work.
