Love this place. Bye, bye Buffalo Wild Wings! This place is the bomb! The garlic parm wings are amazing. If you are brave enough, try the fire in the hole. They will let you try the sauce before purchasing.

Don’t care for the restaurant itself but the wings… SOGOOD. Being from Buffalo NY I’m super picky about chicken wings. This is the only place that comes close. The Buffalo hot is pretty spot on. Mac n cheese is my favorite side. Their fried pickles are awesome!

Great place to eat wings and watch the game. Plenty of room with tv’s showing a variety of sporting events. Food is pretty tasty, and they offer specials on just about every day of the week. Teachers get free apps on Fridays too!

We’ve been to Pluckers several times and have always been impressed with the service & food. The wait staff takes a sincere interest in the customer, offering suggestions and answering questions. The food is always quite tasty, hot and usually enough to feed 2 people! I love their hot wings and have had the Buffalo Wing Salad several times. The atmosphere is friendly & get for sports, since every TV is tuned to a wide variety of broadcasts.

Me and my brothers really like this place. The boneless wings are like a chicken breast cut in two then deep fried. They have a nice selection of sauces. The fried pickles are nice and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. One of my favorite appetizers is the stuffed jalapeños with cream cheese inside. They come with a strawberry dipping sauce which is really good. Now it is a sports bar so if there is a game going on they will be busy. Tons of tvs to look at, the waitresses are really nice and welcoming. Though I do believe they are sometimes understaffed but in all I prefer this place over BWW.

After a Stars game came by… they weren’t half busy yet it took almost 40 min to get an order of appetizer wings and it came out not hot(warm) and without the fries we wanted with it. Sucks! The guy we had waiting on us at the bar not attentive at all. Won’t be back.

Three stars is being very kind in my opinion.(edit — I dropped it to two after writing my review). The restaurant wasn’t filthy but our table sure wasn’t clean. Our table was perpetually sticky even after they wiped it down for us. Service was fine, nothing good or bad to say. The waitress was kind if I have to say something. The thing that really made me pick up he phone and leave a review was the kids menu and how they sneak in charges for«kids drinks.» On the kids menu they list main courses, sides and available drinks. They do not show a price for kids drinks and they list it right along with entrees and sides, which implies it is included in the cost of the kids meal. Now that I see my bill, I notice I paid almost $ 8 per kids meal which in my experience is about expensive if a kids meal as I have ever seen. Generally I love fried pickles but these were just … average. The pickle itself was actually tasty but the peppery sweet ?? breaking was too distracting for me. My food was pretty good, the chicken fingers were lightly breaded and juicy. That is a big positive for me. The waffle fries were warm at best. Kids grilled cheese was very good, tater tots were hot and good. Kids breaded chicken nuggets were pretty bad. Heavily breaded and peppery — nothing like the adult chicken fingers I ordered. Blah. I definitely will not be back to this location or any Pluckers for that matter. Just wasn’t nearly good enough for my money.

We were here to celebrate my 19 year old daughter’s birthday, we were a party of 10 and I’m almost 40 years old, we have been here many times and never never have been asked for an Id. I had a picture of my id on my phone. I ordered a beer and they would not sell it to me because of the id. We just left, it doesn’t make sense to ruin someone’s bday and act like they go by rules, when the have never ever asked for an id before. We left everyone was upset.

This place has better wings than BBW, but they keep removing good crap from the menu. The twice baked potato casserole was the reason we came and now it’s gone. We come back for kids eat free on Tuesdays and fried Oreos(trust me… try them) but other than that I don’t crave it. Please bring back those potatoes. They were the absolute best thing on your menu!

Been here a number of times, but alas, tonight was my last. The past few times the service has been terrible, but the food was always good. Tonight the wings were overcooked, the waffle fries were rock hard, my son’s wings had the wrong sauce. Normally I would have complained, but we saw our server twice; once to take drink order, second to take food order. Had leftovers, had to get boxes myself. The place appears to be totally managerless and leaderless. It was my son’s birthday, so the disappointment was more than I will tolerate with another chance.

I love Pluckers but there is always an issue when I go to this location. Last time we ordered the boneless monster basket with gold rush and cajun seasoning on the chicken and cajun seasoning on the fries. We ended up being served cajun and bbq. We sent them back and it took at least 20 minutes to get a new batch of the chicken out. You could definitely tell our meal was forgotten about, when it came out the chicken was doused in the sauce and they still forgot our fries. And of course, they still forgot the seasoning on the fries but at that point I was like forget about it. There are plenty of TVs and it is a good place to meet with friends and catch a game but the quality of service is lacking at this location.

We came in with a group of 12 on a busy Friday evening. We were told the wait would be 20 minutes and that was exactly how long it took. Our server was very knowledgable about the menu and extremely attentive. I was impressed at how well she managed the large party. I ordered the naked wings with medium buffalo sauce with a side salad. The ranch dressing is amazing and the greens were very fresh and crisp. My boneless wings were plump and juicy. My hubby ordered the boneless wings with a cajun dry rub. I have to say the boneless wings were huge! Probably the largest BBWings I’ve ever seen. It was a great evening out with friends and we will definitely be returning.

This place is fantastic just very expensive I ordered the ten wing combo and that is $ 12.50 I had the lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan and they charged me 25 cents extra for the two flavors. I ordered a Pluckers Lemonade and that was $ 5 for a 16 oz the whole meal was $ 42 dollars with my order and my friend order. Way to much I say…

The place was very casual which gives it rather comfortable place to hang around. Except the fact that no one greeted you, and you seat yourself until someone helps you out. I got the 4-piece boneless wings; half korean bbq sauce and half garlic parmesan. Both were pretty good. However, I think people may had overstated it. I also had the fried pickles which were awesome! FOOD: 4⁄5 SERVICE: 3⁄5 AMBIANCE: 4⁄5

If you have never been to a Pluckers before, it’s pretty comparable to other wing joints. Little more alive and happening than a Wing Stop, little better lit and less overwhelmingly screened up than a BWW. And the wings, although similar, do tend to be a little better. If you ARE familiar with the franchise, this is my favorite location(although it’s unfortunately far for me). It’s suuuper open and spacious here, and even has a nice outdoor patio area. The servers are consistently on their game and very nice and will joke around with you(or at least they do with us, maybe they won’t if YOU’RE boring). I come for trivia on Wednesdays hosted by very friendly and fun people. I always have fun here, and I’ve never left even remotely hungry.

My daughter loves this place, so we usually end up here on Tuesdays because kids eat free! You get two free kids meal per adult entrée. If you don’t like wings or not up for wings when all your family are, then this is not the place for you. The wings are good but not much else is good. I’ve tried their burger and salads but didn’t care for it and wouldn’t order them again. I was hoping the salad would at least be good as a healthier alternative, but too bad it isn’t. All of their wing flavors are good but my favorite flavor is the korean gochuchang and gold rush. Some pluckers lemonade is a great drink to wash down the wings with. They also serve fried twinkies and fried Oreos for desert. Enough said :)

Overall, I had great experiences at the locations in Austin, TX. However, with this location, I was a little disappointed. The outer layer of the chicken wings are always much harder and chewier than what I’ve had in Austin. The tables are always sticky and the restaurant seems empty and not welcoming most of the time. I always see waiters just loitering around. However, their tastes are consistent. I like garlic Parmesan dry rub, Cajun dry rub, and gochujang wings. I also enjoy their nachos and waffle fries.

Looking forward to great wings while in the N. Dallas Area … Well, they were out of wings at 6pm on a Saturday, had to order boneless wings … :/. Would have been helpful to be told before ordering appetizers and drinks ORBEFORE being seated. Also, had beer accidentally spilled all over my jeans by waitress … Manager never stopped to check on the issue. Beer not comped ??? Dirty silverware. Dirty/empty dishes not cleared before check presented. We love Pluckers … This was NOT what we were expecting
