P. F. Chang’s

We ate several happy hour appetizers at the bar. Our favorite is the pork street tacos. Also $ 3.00 Spiked lemon tea. The girl behind the bar was very attentive and present We had a nice Dinner.

My husband and I sat for over 10 minutes after being seated by the hostess where no wait staff came to help us, take drink order or anything. When the hostess came back around seating another party we informed her. The restaurant manager promptly came up to apologize and take our full food and drink order, soon a very cheery waitress approached and informed us she would be taking over our table.
Our order came out very quickly and the waitress was very attentive from there on out. We were given a discount on our meal and received a free chocolate dome dessert. I asked what happened with our table, I was only told «a miscommunication or something». It was very busy that evening with 4 parties over eight surrounding our booth. Either way my husband and I were impressed and surprised at how the manager handled it. P. F. Chang’s is one of our favorite places.

Seated at 7pm, table of 9 people. It took 30 min to receive our drinks, 35 min before waitress came to take our entrée orders. I ran out of time sitting there, hungry, waiting to eat. Finally I had to leave my party without eating as I had kids to pick up. Never again!

Favorite Asian food by a mile. Cool atmosphere. Chicken lettuce wraps are must, usually as an appetizer. Kung Pow Shrimp is dynamite. Great Wall of Chocolate (cake) is literally, ironically, the best chocolate cake I’ve ever eaten. 5 stars for sure, never had a bad meal here.
