I’ve been getting all kinds of deals from Marble Slab lately and have visited more times than I care to admit. During my first visit, I waited for about a minute before being helped by young lady on the phone. She apologized a great deal for my wait. After trying a few flavors, I finally went with rum flavored ice cream which was pretty good. The young lady graciously accepted my free scoop coupon and advised me another reward awaited me. Although she acted as if she would’ve allowed me to redeem both rewards, I opted to wait. Of course I went back days later to redeem. This time I was taken care of by a male attendant. He was just as friendly as the young lady from my previous visit. Overall, very friendly employees at this location. Make sure to sign up for Slab rewards!

I ordered an ice cream cake and the owner suggested a mango ice cream, and it was delicious, not too sweet – just right. It’s a tradition in our family to have ice cream cake from Marble Slab Creamery. It’s my favorite place for ice cream cake. Minus one star for some issues picking up the cake and the store being closed during store hours, but understandable as they’re a bit understaffed right now. And the cake was so cute, delicious, and just how I like it: huge layer of ice cream with a thin layer of cake at the bottom… so all’s well that ends well! We’ll see you for the next birthday!

Saw a free ice cream deal for checking in, so we went for it. Apparently the door bell didn’t go off when we entered this abandoned ice cream joint. Melted looking ice cream, no music and generally a kind of ghost town feel. After a few empty hellos I decided to bang some spoons around and out comes the startled assistant. Ice cream was ok, got my free one, but had to ring it up twice due to forgetting the giant waffle cone in my hand. We weren’t wondering why this place was empty when we left. I’d rather drive to a Coldstone next time.

Great ice cream, nice to sit down and eat and relax, and it wasn’t overly crowded. Didn’t have to wait long for our orders to be made, and prices were reasonable.

When I went there one evening, the sign said closed when they were open, they had a newly hired person there WITHOUT supervision, had to call someone to talk him through how to work the register, made the order wrong and did not know what he was doing at all then handed me a puddle of goo in a large cup. The new managers do not know what they are doing and leaving a newly hired person to man the store on a Friday night is not good management. Every time I went there before the new management, it was amazing, the new management has no idea what they are doing and when they hand you your ice cream, it is already half melted and they expect you to pay 8 bucks for a puddle of mush. Not Pleased at all with the new management.

Awesomest ice cream ever. Great service. Staff is friendly and greets every customer that walked in. Unlimited toppings and Group on deal was just a cherry on the top. Planning to try every flavor this summer. My daughter loves the freshly baked cones. Overall a nice experience.

Ice cream lacks flavor, too thick. Cone sizes are huge but not enough ice cream. Store has unlimited toppings to make up for lack of quality in base ice cream.

Got a great groupon deal here and the girl behind the counter told me about a bunch of other deals they were running so I was able to get a lot for not a lot of money. Their ice cream is very rich and velvety and they have a ton of options for what to put in it. My suggestion is to go with what you like and try it! They have various sizes and you can even get sizes to go (which we did!) so you can enjoy the handmixed ice cream at home.
Based on previous reviews I think the management has listened and hired better employees because the customer service was really good!

Ice cream is 5 stars, staff is 1 star. Thumbs up to the product, just get it elsewhere. Ordered a flavor furthest from the slab, then stood in disbelief while she made 7 trips 1 scoop at a time the full length of the counter. Also ordered Oreo cookie, bucket was nearly empty, so I got half a scoop and the remaining cookie powder. Never going back.
