Dan A. Atkerson has nearly 30 years of legal experience as a practicing lawyer in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1984 and is permitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Texas as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Mr. Atkerson’s areas of practice include labor and employment law, employment discrimination (age, race, gender and religious discrimination), wrongful termination, sexual harassment and general civil practice, as well as personal injury law.
