We felt the need to provide organically grown Ethiopian coffee — grounded and roasted at our coffee shop. We also cater fresh Ethiopian vegetarian food to the local community.

Kidest grew up in Ethiopia in a region where coffee was originally found. She has a passion to make exquisite gourmet coffee that will brighten your day! Her coffee is so smooth and rich in taste. After all, who knows coffee better than Ethiopia!

The place is being renamed to The Sipping Cup. I had an Americano one day and a latte another. Both were very good and reasonably priced. I’ll be visiting here in the mornings on the way to work. They open at 7am so you can get your morning coffee.

Great smoothies and iced tea. I haven’t tried the coffee yet… but so far it’s great. Freshly made just for you. The service is very slow, but if you have time, it’s worth waiting for.

Great little coffee shop in Allen! Just discovered this place last week and I’ve already been here four times. The coffee is reasonably priced and the almond milk comes at no extra charge.
The shop is very clean and there are many different drink options to choose from. My favorite drink is the vanilla iced coffee with almond milk.
Still haven’t tried their food yet but I bet it tastes great!
If you’re in the area you should stop by and try out this place, it’s great!

Very relaxing atmosphere and very polite people. Best coffee (they use Lavazza for espresso), fraps, fresh fruit smoothies, variety of quality tea, freshly baked goods… and their price is lower than anywhere else. I will definitely going back.

This is a small café, a little hidden in the back of the mall at the South West corner of Allen Heights and Main Street.
They have a nice variety of Lattes, Teas, Espressos, and smoothies at decent prices. There’s a little seating area, but they also have a drive-​through.
The food selection isn’t very big, with bagels, cookies and danishes etc., but you’re really here to get your energy boost for the day, right?
And the Chai Tea Latte and the Caramel Latte with freshly foamed milk were excellent.
The only downside was that it took a while for him to get the drinks together, but the owner is very nice and if you aren’t in a rush, it’s a great little place to go to.

Great coffee and lattes on the East Side of Allen. Good teas and iced coffees, fruit smoothies and juice too. Wonderful service, and better prices than the big name places. I’ve stopped by at least half a dozen times in the last 3 weeks. Highly recommended.
