I started practicing independently in September of 2010 over in the Frisco area and moved over to the Stacy and 75 side of Allen as of January 2013.

I started out as an athlete, then became a Physical Therapy tech and progressed into further schooling as a Massage Therapist. Now I have 7+ years working experience as a therapist and and lifetime of knowledge in physical fitness and nutrition. I enjoy working one-on-one with my clients and helping them achieve and maintain a pain-free lifestyle.
