Janiklean was original Steroy Cleaning Services in New Mexico 1986, operated as a General Contractor and subcontractor, closed business and moved to West texas in 1988, and Establish Janiklean Building Maintenance, relocated to North Texas 2003, reopen Janiklean Building Maintenance 2005.

Worked in the Oil&Gas industry for thirty years, and ran cleaning services for 24 of those years, provided professional carpet cleaning for Service Magic Pro 2006 – 2010, subcontracted for Courtesy Building Services, Inc 2005 – 2006. Providing Full Service cleaning 2005 to present as a General Contractor.
