Horrible tactics, this practice does not care about patients or their needs, they only care about selling expensive treatment plans. I went in for a routine cleaning and because I did not want to pay for the expensive deep cleaning at this time, they would not do a basic yearly cleaning. They then billed me for taking xrays my insurance would not cover under a routine exam. I feel I should have been notified that this were not the normal routine xrays. I asked the dentist a question about some possible oral surgical problems I thought I might need and he just brushed me off, when I got to the front desk to check out, I had to ask the receptionist for a referral to an oral surgeon myself. PLEASE do NOT waste your dental benefits/​money on this place!!!

They can’t get it right!!! From over billing, canceled appointments, inadequate communication, I finally had enough of this place!!! It seems as if they get paid off of commission because everyone is trying to sell you something which has to do with nothing???
If I didn’t start my ortho treatment here, they would NEVER see me or anyone I knew, again.

Dr Anderson is fantastic and everyone is super nice. :) even when a 28 year old woman needs to be treated like a baby over X-​rays. :)
Everyone is always willing to help and take the time to explain options talk money and insurance.
Couldn’t be any happier with the entire staff. :)
