Used this service for the 2^nd time and I wouldn’t think of using anyone else. Zach was very friendly, informative and genuine. He took time to explain options as well as make recommendations for future expansion. They are awesome and I highly recommend.

Zach was great. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. He called to ask if he could come early, which was great. He patiently answered all my questions. He mounted my 55″ tv and concealed all the wires and the cable box. It looked great! And the price was very competitive. Completely satisfied.

Zach did a bang up job setting up two receivers and three universal remotes that are awesome! Was quick, did great work and went above and beyond. Would recommend Dreamedia and Zach to anyone.

I had an odd audio problem with my Home Theater System. I started looking for someone to come out to fix the problem. I came across a link for these guys and their reviews were stellar.
I live in Allen so emailed them and they scheduled a service call for Sat morning. They called ahead of time (as I was told they would do) and Zachary arrived and promptly got to it. Got the issue resolved quickly. Great guy as well as knowledgeable. Hard to find these days.

Excellent service. Zach came to the house for an initial visit to do a needs assessment of the room. We talked about budget and expectations. He put his proposal together and clearly explained everything he was going to do. The day of the installation he went over everything again and when the job was done he gave me a fantastic lesson on how to operate the universal remote. We have been enjoying the media room ever since. I would definitely recommend this company!

Zach did a great job mounting our TVs and setting up the appropriate wiring. He was extremely helpful in advising on where to mount the TVs as well. We had a wire come lose and he was able to stop by to adjust it. Excellent customer service — we would definitely recommend Dreamedia and would definitely use them again.

About 3 weeks ago, I had Zach and Tyler take care of my living room turned home theater and they did a great job. First off, leading up to the quote and install day (which was a very short turn around), Zach was always available for questions and recommendations. They were upfront with what the costs could be in a worst-​case scenarios for the install so there are no surprises. They were able to provide products that fit my budget and at costs that were equal to, if not less than, the «big boys». They were attentive and responsive, which another larger company, with their squad, were not.
On the day of install, they were both extremely nice and courteous. They worked efficiently and as promised. They mounted a 75 inch Sony perfectly. My home was poorly pre-​wired for audio and surround by another company, and they decided to completely re-​wire to properly setup a 5-​channel surround with all my devices in the same room. And this process was much much less expensive than the other guys (who were charging more to use the less effective but less work involved pre-​wiring). They also ended up mounting two other TVs in the home. The 5-​channel surround sounds amazing. They also will initially program a RF universal remote for you without the BS charges that other people will say are necessary. So all in all, very very happy and would highly, highly recommend.

Once again de Vance has exceeded my expectations! Had them back a 2^nd time to do more improvements. Knowledgeable, friendly, upbeat staff. I didn’t have to do anything! If they asked me a question I didn’t know the answer to, they were like «Don’t worry, we’ll figure it out». And they did!

I hired Dreamedia for a project that I was a little nervous about but they eased my fears with a direct plan of action. Zach and his partner were very professional in their approach and stand behind their work 100%. If I was not happy they were not happy. I had work done years ago by someone else and they pointed out some mistakes that were made and corrected them. We could not have been happier or more satisfied. I will certainly use them again for all future projects and know that I am in good hands with Zach and Matt. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding customer service! Zack was always clear in his communication, on time, and courteous. He is very knowledgeable of what it takes to install a killer system. I had dreamedia hang 4 TV’s and install whole home audio throughout utilizing in wall speakers and sonos amps. Amazing responsiveness and sound. I wouldn’t hire anyone else!

Zach and Matt are very knowledgeable guys and very easy to work with. They hung 3 TVs — 2 inside and one on the patio. Also installed a pair of rock speakers and completely wired our family room receiver for surround. As well as a separate Zone 2. Loved these guys and would highly recommend for any A/​V needs.

Matt was great. He came and was very professional about everything. He was not trying to over sale their services, he educated us on what are options were so we could make an intelligent decision. He was very patient with us as we were not really prepared in terms of where we were going to place TVs.

Two guys who really know the business and understand customer service. They do what they say they will do and when they commit, they perform. Great selection of products and not wed to any specific manufacturer. Every thing works the first time!
