Well, I have been with them for 6+ months and the whole time have had to babysit as things they contracted for are either not being done, being done ½ way or ignored. We have reports to show no increase in volume and their response was «well things didn’t get worse» like thats an answer. Needless to say I have been able to get a response but things in my biz are not improving. I hired them because with google changes last year our phone literally stopped ringing which was a nightmare, so in short almost 3k has been spent and «nothing got worse». wow that should be there tag line.

I have been using this company now for two months and have had nothing but problems. They cannot seem to get it right the first, second, and in some instances the third time. All this says is shame on me for continuing with their service.
