This place is dangerous… you walk in and can easily spend $ 100+ on tops, dresses, etc… I love this store! The sales associates are really nice and will start a dressing room for you while you are walking around.

Good God. I ducked into this place because it was freezing outside and I was cold. $ 260 later, I guess you can say I’m a fan. That’s right, I dropped $ 260 on baubles, beads, and scarves. Another reviewer, Emily H., mentioned that Charming Charlie is like a grown-up version of Claire’s Boutique and I have to agree. Also, the staff is very nice and attentive.

This is like being sucked into a wormhole of jewelry and cute clothes. *Affordable* cute clothes, no less. Well, cute dresses… I was less a fan of the tops because they tended to favor longer/flow-ier tops that make a petite gal like me look like she’s pretending not to be pregnant. That’s not really their fault, it’s a style trend and I hope it dies a quick death. It helps to have some idea of what you’re looking for with the jewelry, otherwise you may never leave. Their jewelry is also affordable and the quality seems solid(but I’ll letcha know if in 6 months everything I bought falls apart!), so overdoing it a little isn’t going to break the bank. Angelica was also just a total standout. I saw her helping a girl/mom team in the dressing room next to me and you could tell she genuinely enjoyed her job and was a ridiculously charismatic people person. She helped me upon checkout and was again very helpful and friendly – and I don’t mean bubbly/chatty/obnoxious – I mean this place should go out of their way to keep her on their team!

Charmed, I’m not sure! I think to be considered charming, you need to be likable, delightful, even lovable. Can’t say I felt that way about this place. When you enter a store and see several employees chatting it up without ever greeting you when you walk right past them is not charming at all. The entire 20 minutes I spent in this place, I didn’t see anything truly charming. I saw a bunch of over-priced, cheapy jewelry. This place reminds me of the $ 1 Jewelry store located in McKinney. I love going to the $ 1 jewelry store where I can buy a piece of jewelry that may or may not break the next day. But hey, it’s only a dollar lost if it does. Not $ 5 – 10 plus.

My girls and I come here for some fun shopping and quality time! The color coordinated items make it easy to find what you want. The employees are friendly, helpful. Great place to shop for accessories!

Addictive. Fun, affordable. Great for me, great for my daughters. Love love love their clearance section too! Many times we’ve been in and it’s $ 5 for a $ 1. Also — because we live in TX, we get a loyal customer discount of 5%, that we don’t get when we are in other states at CC’s. Customer service is a plus. The ladies always help me with my selections, which allow me to wrangle my two little girls through the store faster. But seriously we spend 2 hours each visit.

I am definitely returning. I must say.. . it is overwhelming for a first visit because there are 3.5 billion things to look at as far as accessories, clothing, bags, jewlery, etc. The good thing about it is that it’s color-coded, so each part of the store is where they cluster a different color. So if you go in trying to match the shoes you just bought to a new set of jewlery, this place is great for you! Affordable, as well!

This store is like a candy store to a kid. You just want to reach out and touch everything! They have all sorts of jewelry and some shoes and clothes too! Everything is reasonably priced. I bought a headband for $ 8. I bought a little coin purse for $ 4. My ring was the most expensive thing and that was only $ 15! I love that everything is organized by color. So if you’re looking for something to match a certain outfit, just head to that color. So easy. If you join their free club, then you get a discount everytime you go. Can’t beat that! I can’t wait till they have more locations and an online store so I can shop there more frequently!

It’s like Claire’s(and the icing, before it went out of business) for grown ups! Aside from jewelry, CC also sells shoes, clothes, jackets, belts, purses, hair clips, and just about any accessory you can think of. Upon walking in, you can get way overwhelmed with the sheer amount of girliness and accessories there are. To overcome this, the store is actually sorted by color, making it easier to browse. Aside from colors, they also separate things by «style,» like boho, pearls/work, wannabe goth, etc. The best part is that everything is very affordable, like $ 5 – 8 for a pair of earrings or $ 10 – 15 for a necklace. But with all things, there is a tradeoff. Like Forever 21, don’t expect the quality(or style) of the pieces to last for a long time. A majority of the jewelry seems cheap looking or too gaudy for me, but if you take the time to be diligent and thorough in your search, you are bound to find something good and worth your money. All in all, CC is a good place to find that piece of jewelry that will complete your outfit without having to splurge.

I freaking love this place. There is no other way to describe it. Not only do they have SO many different things(types/styles of clothing, jewelry, bags, candles, shoes, random artsy stuff, etc.), everyone is super helpful. Everything is really inexpensive, too. I’ve seen some of the same brands of clothing at other stores marked up a lot. Where they get you is that you’ll go in to get an outfit for something and come out with the top or dress, cute jewelry, new shoes, and probably something else that you had no intention of buying. And your total bill is still good. My best friend bought vacation clothes(beachy cover-ups, cute going out tops, etc.) and literally said«Please don’t show me the bill,» handed the girl her card, and walked away. Turns out after getting handfuls(think 2 girls carrying as much as we could) of stuff, she had still spent less than $ 300. Borderline ridiculous. And it’s not like things are falling apart, either. Sure, it’s no Nordstrom, but everything I’ve bought is lasting. I don’t have strings unraveling, buttons falling off, etc. I love quality clothes, but if I’m going to buy something that will be out of style by tomorrow, it might as well not cost a lot.

This place reminds me of a more organized version of Sam Moon. Everything is organized by color, so you could go straight to the accessories or clothing you needed if you were looking for something specific. All of the racks(earrings, necklaces, clothing, etc.) were stuffed full of items so, though the store was clean, it gave it a slightly cluttered feel. I get the feeling that is part of the design though. I cannot really pull off the cute, chunky jewelry and accessories — it just doesn’t suit me. Still, they had some good basic pieces that I could justify snatching up. In fact, I got a nice wallet and some faux pearl earrings for work for about $ 10 total. Can’t argue with that! There were tons of sales associates there when we went, so we were offered help every few feet. Most were upbeat and friendly leaving only a few sour pusses in the bunch. The cashier was quick to ring me up and get me on my way, which I always appreciate. This place isn’t really my style, but I’d give it another shot if I had something more specific for which to shop.
