This is the worst Nail salon ever. Please don’t waste your money. I got a French tip and in Three days the top part of the nail came of the glue I guess came off and the things started to get stuck between my nail and the artificial nail. I came back and asked them to fix it, they said they will not do anything about it. I was out of town and had to deal with these nails everyday. They did not even had the decency to apologize. I would give them zero stars. No courtesy and no customer service. How do you explain the Rudeness. You left me in the salon for half an hour to take care of a customer as if my time did not matter.
I want to post the picture of my daughter’s nails. It’s been four weeks since she got it done and today also her nails looks like this!

It was my first time going to this salon and I did not see any customer service. No one greeted me or acknowledged my presence. After waiting for a good 45 minutes, they finally called me. I got my nails done short. A week later, my thumb nail just chipped. It shows that they use cheap material. Even the nail polish is starting to wear off and I’m highly disappointed with my experience.

Horrible horrible I went on my b day to be pampered shop was empty no TV no music nail tech barely understood anything long story short cut my cuticles too deep end up going to doctor missed work after almost two months toe still not 100% don’t waste your time and money owner admitted omg she cut you too deep but no sincere remorse or compensation

DO NOT GO HERE!!! the current owner’s name is Kayly. she was so unbelievable rude to me and did not accommodate anything I asked for bc she was too lazy and said «it would take forever». I told her that she didn’t have to do my nails if she was going to be in a rush and she said «ok then I won’t» and walked in the back. so I never even received my manicure, only the pedicure. to be honest, I’m glad I did not have her do my nails bc I’m sure she would have rushed through them while sighing any time I asked for her to do them how I like. also, they have very limited color options for Nexgen. this was my first time going there and needless to say, it was my last time. I went there bc I heard the prices were very cheap, but I guess that makes up for their lack of customer service. although the lady that did my pedicure was pretty good, the owner just ruined my whole experience. I was going there to relax but only ended up leaving upset and having to spend more time going to my usual salon to get my nails done. to add on to things, they accidentally charged me twice bc something is wrong with their machine. they did not apologize or give me a coupon or anything. obviously, it was a horrible and awkward experience for everyone that was in the salon. other customers ended up leaving. I would never recommend anyone to come here ever.

I was in the neighborhood over the weekend visiting a friend & suddenly felt the urge to pamper myself & my daughter on our way home and passed by this nail salon & thought why not give it a try. & boy were we pleasantly surprised! the service was stellar, we felt at ease & relaxed. It was very zen like, quiet & peaceful. It was unlike any other nail salons I’ve been to as the techs were quiet & weren’t pushy. You didn’t feel like they were talking about you or your feet etc. lol not a peep in another language was spoken & no one was trying to upcharge you which is a breath of fresh air. Prices were great, we both got a mani/​pedi for $ 30. They did excellent work, I don’t live in the area, but will drive further out because of the wonderful experience & prices. The owner is a gem as well, she was super friendly & genuine. She said she recently bought the nail salon so I guess it’s fairly new. I recommend this place 2000%, check them out you won’t regret it!
