5 stars for honest employees. I went through their drive thru to order some sundaes last night and didn’t realize till the next more that I did not get my credit card back. I guess the guy got distracted telling his co-worker to put the almonds on the side and forgot to give me my card back. I called them this morning and thank goodness they kept my card for me in their safe. And to be sure that it was my card, they took the extra step to check my DL.

Delicious. Avocado burger = amazing! Ice cream is average, check out marble slab for better ice cream. Teenager looking chick behind the counter wasn’t friendly at all, rough night i guess.

I bring my kids here weekly, but not because of the service! On most visits I hear a worker complaining about her coworkers. She doesn’t wear a name tag so I don’t know if she is a manager or supervisor. She always seems put out when my 7&8 year old take a while to decide what they want. The Asst mgr, Mathew is a hard worker and is always friendly. He serves, cleans, and leads with a smile. If they lose him, they’re in trouble. Why can’t ice cream shops be the way they used to be when Bob Ferrell was around?

I don’t remember anything special about this specific Braum’s location, but I just wanted to comment and say that the birthday cake ice cream is delicious! I ordered a size medium shake, and I really should have ordered the small. I think the medium should really be labeled as a large size. I already got a stomachache half way through the medium size due to the unnecessary amount of sugar, so I couldn’t finish it. I still really love that birthday cake flavor, though. I think it should be a more natural color like the Tom Thumb birthday color. Blue is okay, I guess, but it feels better to eat a natural color. I’m interested to try their milk since I’m always on the look for delicious milk.

the food is good but the drive through is the worst in Texas! They NEVER get my order right. When I ordered chicken strips, they ask what kind of sauce I want. I go home and there’s no sauce. I ordered a combo meal and another sandwich – same thing. I never got the other sandwich. Plus, they’re super slow even when no one else is in line. I’m gonna stick to Sonic.

Restaurant with groceries! I was visiting my best friend and her family and in Texas for her daughter’s wedding. We had been running errands and started getting hungry for lunch. I asked her to take me somewhere that we didn’t have in Tennessee and that’s how we wound up here. The first part of the building had two aisles of fresh produce and other groceries. The restaurant had burgers, chicken, salads, and ice cream. I was in the mood for a burger and they had one with avocado so that’s the one I ordered. That was a great burger and loved the avocado on it. I think that was a limited special so if they don’t have it when you go don’t hold it against me. They had crinkle cut fries, my favorite type of fries. They were great. This was a fantastic lunch.

Great burgers(hubby’s fav place, even over the more expensive 5 Guys, Mooyah’s, JC’s or Scotty P’s). I personally like their fries & ice cream. They do a cheaper blizzard like sundae, & most of their market goods(milk, bananas, ice cream, butter) is WAY cheaper than grocery store prices. Only reason I give them 4 stars…, the speaker for their drive thru is right next to their refrigerant units, noisy & hard to understand each other while ordering. Not an issue if you dine in.
