Would never recommend this company to anyone for their services!
My irk with this company started with having to call multiple times before getting a returned call to confirm an installation date and time.
The technicians were over 90 minutes LATE for a simple garage door opener installation. No answer at the main business on why the techs were late or even get a following call for an apology.
I was recommended and given a gift certificate from a friend to install my garage opener kit. The tech was sketchy about the validity of the gift certificate and insisted to me to pay $ 100 for the install.

They are GREAT. They are not the cheapest, but provide good quality parts at a very reasonable price.

Brian was late all 3 times by 1+ hour. Charged me for two springs when only one «universal spring» was installed. When I inquired about it over the phone, a clarification was promised to me but never delivered.
He charges $ 190 for one spring replacement, $ 225 for two springs.
Grease was applied to all the spots of the garage door as part of the service. The rail to the garage door opener was forgotten, and I called them again to fix what should’ve been done the first time. After showing up 3 hours later than the scheduled time, he tried to charge me $ 20 for adding grease to the rail.
He might get the job done eventually, but hire them only if you have all day to wait for them to show up.
