My goal has been to maximise the health, balance and wellbeing of my clients based on massage treatments which address the cause of the problem, not just the symptoms. With a commitment to excellence as a foundation, my goal has been to offer my clients a professional and comprehensive massage treatment at all times aimed at bringing about a positive outcome for their long term health.

Business Owner

Terri Arriola is a Licensed Massage Therapist with the State of Texas, a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals, and a 2011 graduate of KeKino Massage Academy in Plano, Texas. In addition, she has studied with C.A.R.E. (Center for Aromatherapy Research and Education) Raindrop Technique, Eric Dalton, Executive Director of the Freedom From Pain Institute, Peter Ehlers of KMI Structural Integration/​Anatomy Trains, and Dave Frederick, RN, CMT an instructor for John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach. She has also studied Manual Lymphatic Drainage, learning the Dr. Bruno Chikly method of this very beneficial therapy

She has been interested in the health and natural healing therapies for many years and is passionate about helping clients improve their condition and living a pain free life. Her approach to massage therapy is gentle, relaxing, calming, and caring while still being able to address deep tissue needs.
