History

Established in 1980.

Primo’s is Allen Parks oldest Pizzeria. Established in 1980, Primo’s was opened by Luigi Iaquinta & family. In 1991, Primo’s was sold to long time employee Andrew Hill, Andy had been working at the Pizzeria since 1983. In 1984 Tim Estheimer was hired in as a pizza maker. Whilst this was only a high school job, Tim stayed with Primo’s till 1989. Tim moved onto California & Primo’s under the ownership of the Hill family continued to set roots and establish itself as an Allen Park original. in 1993 Primo’s moved across the street to it’s current location. In 2007 Tim moved back to the area & later that year, purchased the pizzeria from Andy. In 2009 Bob Rudo owner of Rudy’s Broasted Chicken merged with Primo’s to create the Primo’s brand you all know and love. Today Tim along with his siblings Don & Beth along with Bob (Rudy) Rudo and his family run the restaurant. We are happy to be part of this community & pride ourselves on quality food & outstanding service.

Meet the Business Owner

Tim E.

Business Owner

Tim attended a local culinary school before moving to California. Once in California, Tim established his Management career working for Specialty stores, Big Box & Department stores all while priding himself on being a foody.

Don retired from the Navy in 2006 & jumped at the chance to partner up with Tim & be part of the restaurant. Today he along with his 2 sons are the heart & soul of the business.

Beth & Dave, Tim & Don’s Sister & Bro in law joined Primo’s after their initial silent partnership as a regular part of the team on their move back to Michigan in 2014. Beth has been in restaurant service and management her whole life.

Rounding out the Management team is Bob (Rudy) has been in & out of the restaurant business his whole life. He learned Broasted chicken while working at another popular place here in Allen Park and finally bought his own place, Rudy’s in 1999. Today Bob and his family have a strong presence in the restaurant & are proud to be part of the Primos Team
