Where should I start? I was ordered to got there by AAA Insurance, because they refuted 4 doctor’s reports on my condition after someone crossed two lanes of traffic and hit me head on. My scheduled appointment was for 10:00 a.m. I arrived at 9:15 a.m. At approximately 10:20, the receptionist (whom I had signed in with) called me to the window and said «The doctor will be late, if you want to wait». I asked what time he would arrive, and was told after 2 p. m!!! I explained that I had a babysitter watching my children and that would not work. I left the office and awaited my medical transportation to arrive (I waited at a restaurant across the street). I contacted AAA to explain what was going on. AAA put me on hold and returned saying they had the office on the phone, the doctor is there, and I never showed for the appointment. I kept AAA on the phone (they had the office on the phone), and walked back into the office. I explained to the receptionist that I had AAA on the phone (whom she was on hold with) and wanted to know why she was telling them that 1) the doctor is there when he is not; 2) I did not show for the appointment (I was there 45 minutes early and then was told the doctor would not be there until 2 p.m.). The receptionist exploded from behind the desk and started screaming at me (there were 4 other patients waiting in the lobby). She started screaming as I held the phone up for AAA to hear what was going on, and threatened to call the police if I did not leave immediately.
Needless to say, I left and never returned. Add on to this that the office smelled like a moldy towel.
Hack /​quack doctor. If you value your health, steer clear of this joke of a medical professional.
