Store is clean and stocked; probably because it’s almost always empty. Hard to find an associate in the store and when you can find someone, the customer service is just ok. I’ve only been checked out by one person and every time, they aren’t very friendly. Prices are a bit higher than other places, but the store is closer to my house.

Not always a great experience with the pharmacy.

I received terrible customer service at this Walgreens site specifically from JILL who claims she works there as a pharmacist. Jill was very rude, impatient, unprofessional, and short. Instead of wasting any more time with her, I ended up referring my patient to a different pharmacy. Whoever is supervising this Walgreens should pay special attention to this Jill person and listen to how she speaks to people. If there is a way for management to listen in on previous phone conversations, please do, ASAP. You will be taken a back by her bad attitude, sarcasm, and lack of care. Because of this last experience with Jill, I will not be returning to this store and will no longer refer patients or their families to this Walgreens on Aliso Creek, Aliso Viejo. This place, due to employee Jill, doesn’t deserve even 1 star but Unilocal asks to rate before you post.

Great convenient location. Also, there is a new employee named Jocelyn who is extremely helpful. She helped me find what I was looking for right away. She is also very knowledgeable of the store and their incentives. She recommended a Walgreens brand product that I love.

LOSTMYPRESCRIPTION! The pharmacies tech named jill not only lost my scrip but then tried to blame another pharmacy and offer other drugs. This branch scares me for its potential risk.

This is by far the best Walgreens experience I’ve ever had! I went in to buy a new face cream and a couple of other beauty supplies. Faye was working at the beauty counter and she was absolutely fantastic! She was extremely attentive, helped me find the right products, and gave me insight on the ones she had used her self. Then took the time to sort through all of the coupons they keep at the beauty counter to find me what ever discounts she could. Between the sales and coupons she ended up saving me $ 18! I had a better experience at this Walgreens then I have ever had at a Sephora or other major beauty supply store. Every employee has always been friendly at this location but Faye really blew me away. Thank you for the wonderful experience, and please give Faye a raise!

I get my prescription filled here for pick up. I notice a lot of AV hoods, shirts, tanks on sale. I once had to print 200+ photos and they couldn’t get it done here. Instead they transferred my order to Laguna Niguel and had to pick up there. That was a bit of hassle but since I was notified ahead not a big deal.

Helpful people work here and there are short lines. Prices seem reasonable and they have a club card. Pharmacy is very good with shorter lines than other places. The store is not crowded usually and there’s often someone to help you with any questions you might have. Their photo department is good. I have had pictures developed here and they came out well. They have lots of fun sweatshirts, t-shirts and toys. Good place to shop.

Great location as always! Love that there’s a drive thru too but usually always go in to browse the aisles and raid the candy deals!

Why bother going here? Their Pharmacy hours are limited so it can only be helpful if you need medication during those specific pharmacy hours(kind of seems they think you will only get sick or have pain when it’s convenient to them). Everything else is available at CVS only a block away(in the same plaza-next to Ralph’s) PLUS… CVS pharmacy is open 24 hours to be sure you can get medications when YOU need them.

I’m sorry but whoever reviewed this pharmacy highly must be getting paid. It’s a shame that this is the only drive through in the area because for a mom of two frequently sick children this is a major perk and this is the worst pharmacy in the world. They are frequently out of major prescriptions, making you wait a day or longer to fill and for most people, like myself, you know that you can not wait for prescriptions for certain health conditions. When these prescriptions they are out of need to be transferred to another pharmacy, you will not receive a phone call from Walgreens. They will not call you they when they have issues with your prescriptions, they do not call at all. I have called customer service(which I have never done in my life) to report the lack of attention to your health needs and received a gift card in the mail with no change whatsoever in their pharmacy department. Fill your prescriptions elsewhere if you can.

Pharmacy has the worst customer service ever! Wants me to drive from Santa Ana to Aliso Viejo to find out if they have my med in stock. I have children who are ill. I can’t do that for the sake of the fact that they might not have it. So stupid and they are so rude!

This review is only on the actual pharmacy(not the store). The pharmacist(Jill) is AMAZING and this review has nothing to do with her. My issue, complaint, & review is about the customer service behind the pharmacy window. The people that go into the box, locate your prescription, and check you out. This Walgreens hands down has the worse«customer service» any client should have to deal with. They are rude, slow, lazy, incompetent, and condescending. If they worked in my business, I would fire them all. In addition, the pharmacy hours are horrible. They are not open late and close by 6:00PM on weekends. But believe it or not, they close the pharmacy between 1 – 3PM for get this, «lunch»!! That’s right, they close the pharmacy completely in the middle of the day for a lunch break. The entire office is shuttered. That is equivalent to an emergency room in a hospital taking lunch breaks in the middle of a day and turning away patients. It is unbelievable, unacceptable, and unconscionable. So there you have it. This pharmacy employs rude incompetent lazy employees that close down the business in the middle of the day so they all can enjoy a lunch together. Again, the main pharmacist is amazing. She is sole reason I have kept my business there, but I am not sure how much longer I can tolerate this location.

TIME&PLACE: Saturday afternoon I have to say this is the FRIENDLIEST Walgreens I’ve ever, ever walked into. I stopped by to grab a few things for my parents and someone cheerfully(it sounded genuine!) greeted me when I came in… and as I perused the aisles, someone else asked how I was doing in a way that exuded friendlinesss — I actually looked behind me to double check she was talking to me! And on top of that, they have these… magical… contraptions… instead of regualr baskets or annoying carts, they have these baskets with rollers that have extended handles! So you can grab a basket and roll it around behind you, almost like a rolly backpack or suitcase. Sounds nerdier than it is, trust me. I think I want one EVERYWHERE I shop… doh.

They called and left a message saying my prescription was ready… when i get there they only have 12 of 70 pills… No apology… very poor customer service skills… So difficult to find a competent pharmacy… all big corporate giants who simply don’t care…

This is so much better than the CVS by Ralph’s. The drive thru window is convenient and the scrips are always ready when they should be!

Check out the sales on the side shelves, great deals on random stuff. FYI this location sells zero booze, you’ll have to go to traders or CVS for that. CVS in town center is 24 hours btw

I used to go to the CVS down the block. After nearly committing homicide multiple times due to frustration over lack of service and long pharmacy waits, I decided to transfer all of my prescriptions here. Thank God I did. I’ve never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for a prescription, the drive thru is an extra plus, great big clean store, and super friendly customer service. Tons of parking. And Trader Joe’s and Panera is right next door so you can get your grocery shopping and pick up a yummy lunch at the same time. Win, win, win.

There may not be much to do in Aliso Viejo, but they have a great deal of great pharmacies. Maybe because no one gets sick, well, but me. I would venture to say that this is the best Walgreens on earth. There is never anyone in here. It is so clean and glorious. They are also extremely helpful and not as long of a line as CVS. There is also a drive-through for your prescriptions, so you don’t have to wait in line for two hours with a bunch of sick people to get your fill on. Pro-tip: they have awesome made for TV products for white elephants and for your own enjoyment! Also, parking is a breeze!
