The entire purpose of this business is to conduct livescans. Yet they cannot be bothered to maintain blank forms or even provide a kiosk where you can print one out??? All of my employees, and there are a lot, require a yearly livescan and never have a problem obtaining blank forms at other livescan locations. At this location, customer service requires you to print whatever you need before you get there. There are a ton of livescan locations out there who will provide you the form. This is the only place I know that doesn’t. I’m heading to one of those now and I’ll be sure to give them 5 stars for having common sense.

I needed to get a check for my employment and opted for this location since they took same day walk-​ins. This branch was very easy to find with my GPS and there was a lot of parking in the shared lot. Once I walked in I was immediately greeted by one of the workers. She told me to sign in and to have a seat and that there were a couple of people ahead of me. I was completely fine with that having no idea how long the entire process would take and was prepared to wait. Ten minutes or so later I was called in to get my electronic fingerprints and make my payment and was good to go! I highly recommend coming here for your background checks and fingerprinting services!

They take walk ins and I only had to wait 5 minutes. I was immediately greeted and I took a seat in a nice comfortable chair in a clean and neat waiting room.
It only took a few minutes and the staff that helped me was friendly and quick. It went so smoothly and there was no need for a redo. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve had to have live scan’s done several times in the past but this was by far the best experience. Normally I’d go to the sheriffs department across the street but that was before I knew this place existed.
It’s walk ins only an I waited maybe a total of 5 minutes. Not only was the wait short, the staff was very friendly and conversational. The process took less than 5 minutes which I shorter than any I’ve had in the past. The equipment they used looked modern and took really clear scans. They also have a record for less resubmissions meaning the scan gets processed faster.

Very friendly technician, owned and operated by a retired Tustin police officer. I was a walk-​in and was in and out in less than 15 minutes and the price is reasonable. Highly recommended!

I just went there earlier today. I didn’t get the person’s name but he wasn’t the owner from looking at the pics online.
I was greeted immediately as I stepped in and he was very courteous. I was in and out in a very quick time.
Very painless to do. I recommend this place for anybody who needs livescan done.

As the Director of Coaching for a local youth soccer league, I completely rely on Chuck and the rest of the team for performing the required background checks for our volunteers. They are super responsive, we get lots of positive feedback from our volunteers and timely responses. Secure Livescan support us for remote events when we have a class and have to do lots of background checks. We highly recommend Secure Livescan!

Great service!!! Go see Chuck ~ he will get you in and out in a jiffy. I have had to get my Live Scan done twice for a job in a school district; staff is very friendly, and they are very reasonably priced. Recommend!

This place is great! I’ve used it twice, once for my notary license and once to volunteer at my kids school. you can walk in anytime and you usually don’t have to wait very long for your turn. I highly recomend this place for its great service and relability. =)

Chuck and Doug are fantastic. I have used this service many times, and there is virtually no wait (You don’t need appointment!)
They are also one of the cheaper services around.
Chuck is former law enforcement, and has significant experience rolling for Tustin PD, so you know your prints will be done right, every time.
