Doctor Mandel does fine work but the medical assistant Robin is comes off as such a witch! I can’t go back here as long as she works here, her voice alone is enough to have you running for the door! I will update this as soon as I see she’s taken up space somewhere else.

This doctor referred me to a specialist for a consultation that I did not need, costing me a $ 45. co-​pay and time off work. The office staff was very rude. I would never go to this doctor again or recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Mandel is an excellent doctor. He works the HMO for a fella (and my mom). He gets lots of optional tests approved for her to make she’s in good shape and what not.
He referred me outside his network to an excellent surgeon in Laguna Beach for arthroscopic operation.
He’s friendly and helpful. I commute from Pomona for appointments.
