The ‘hub and spoke’ model that has been created around the established physical therapy (including ART –Active Release Technique) practice of Dr. Paul Addison is intended to offer choices to our patients using state of the art technologies and protocols to efficiently and effectively treat their injuries and ailments without surgery or narcotics.

We offer more than just a rehabilitation clinic for injuries. Our suite of services include medical doctor advisement, massage therapy, chiropractic care, sports specific training, strength and conditioning training, physical medicine (including trigger point therapy and PRP), allergy testing and treatment, weight loss and nutrition, and much, much more.

Established in 2014.

The ‘hub and spoke’ model that has been created around the established PT practice of Dr. Paul Addison, called Health Quest Physical Therapy, is intended to offer choice to our patients and a great way to retain them as long-​term, loyal members.
