Dr. Amir is a really really nice person and he is extremely helpful! He always reminds me of my appointments and makes sure that I am really comfortable during the appointment. I appreciate his positive vibe and our little conversations. He has been really generous and helped my back tremendously! I would 100% recommend anyone who’s looking for a chiropractor to see him! He is amazing.

I do not know how I would make it through school without Dr. Amir! I see him once a week if I can because I am always sitting and crouched over a computer in school. He not only does adjustments, but soft tissue massage, muscle stimulation(to help with muscle spasms), and ultrasound which helps with healing the muscles. He does not ask for an x-ray to know what you need to work on, he is able to tell everything with his knowledge of how the body works. Because of the massage part, the sessions are 30 minutes– 1 hr and it is honestly so relaxing. I feel so comfortable and de-stressed. I could not be more grateful for him! He is so responsive and caring, working with him has just helped me so much!

Dr. Amir is the most attentive and most compassionate medical practitioner I have ever had. His number one priority really is to do his best to help you heal. Whenever I go to other medical practitioners, they are always rushing and doing everything possible to get me out of their office as quickly as possible. With Dr. Amir appointments are an hour long, and very frequent. He is extremely scrupulous about addressing every possible issue and you can see him smile genuinely when he sees you leave his office feeling better.

I hurt my back a few years and got it «fixed» at that time with physical therapy. When I started to feel twinges again, I decided that I needed to strengthen my core to feel 100% again. I decided to try Aliso Health & Pilates because Kitty not only teaches pilates, but she’s also a Chiropractor. The other studios seemed to only do pilates and I wanted someone who really understands how the body works so I would get re-injured. Well, two years later and I’m still doing pilates with Kitty. She’s great at sensing when you might be pushing too hard and will change the exercise to fit your strength/flexibilty level. She’s also certified in gait correction(walking can affect how your back and joints feel) and she’s helped me relieve some hip pain. She also changes the exercises often, so you do something a little different every time. I would highly recommend Kitty for Pilates instruction.
