Trieu Dentistry

She is my dentist since 2012. She moved to new place from Monterey Park. I have a little bit hard time finding her back again, luckily, I dound her here. Kim always care not only your teeth but also your economy. She and her staff will make sure that your budget fit with your bill. She will save every penny of yours. Since I don’t have an insurance and I need the crown, they consider everything for your budget until my insurance cover for me. When she did the root canal procedure, at the first, I thought it will be very painful. However, I didn’t even realize that she already finished. So, she is forever my dentist.

Dr. Trieu has moved location! Her new office is at 1005 S. Garfield Ave. Alhambra, CA 91 801 under the new name Trieu Dentistry.

There is no one better than Dr. Kim Trieu. She is gentle and very considerate. I hate going to the dentist but with Dr. Trieu I always look forward to it because my teeth feel so clean! I didn’t have an insurance she accepted for about a year and went to four dentist that I knew were completely lying about the condition of my teeth. As soon as I changed jobs and insurance, I was right back with Dr. Trieu. it is hard to find a good dentist and she is an amazing dentist that you can trust!

I came here a few times to check out my teeth after neglecting my visits for a while. The receptionist was very friendly and down-​to-​earth; making an appointment was very easy and I ended up walking in a couple hours later. Dr. Kim is very considerate, gentle, and thorough. I had a very bad experience at my last dentist, which led to my negligence for a few visits (I know, not an excuse, but it was seriously traumatic).
In comparison to other dentists that I’ve visited, Dr. Kim was very informative — in detail — about my teeth. I felt like I was in the know about everything that was going on, which was surprising, as other dentists would just say: «this needs to be fixed» or «you’re good for now» without any add’l explanation.

Dr. Kim went as far as to give me a timeline for any issues that needed to be assessed, to gauge the seriousness and explained if work was needed or just more attention paid. I really appreciated all of this.
My only gripe: that the co-​pay for a future planned visit is much, much higher than other places. My insurance doesn’t seem to take me as far here.

Dr. Kim Trieu has been my dentist for over three years now.
For a while I was beginning to believe that I would fail at finding a good dentist, doctor, and optometrist. I still haven’t settled on a doctor or optometrist because I haven’t found any that seemed even remotely interested in my well being.
Dr. Trieu, on the other hand, is an exception. She is the most thorough practitioner I’ve ever had. While this may cause the staff to occasionally fall behind schedule, it’s all more than made up for when it’s your turn in the chair. I always laugh to myself when I’m told that I have a deep cleaning coming up because it always feels to me like her regular cleanings are everyone else’s deep cleanings. I find myself itching to get out the chair, it’s so thorough! But it makes for clean and healthy teeth– well worth the drive for me from LA (which I make worth it with a dining outing before my appointment).
Dr. Trieu is very open about how your teeth are, what changes have happened, and what she’d like to monitor in future visits. She explains what she’s doing and very thoroughly consults with you about what procedures, if any, are needed and how urgently they need to be done.
The front desk is just as helpful and invested– always checking in and constantly updating you with what appointments are coming up and making sure they’re scheduled.
The only thing that stresses me out about this establishment is Monterey Park– the driving here is a nightmare and, no, I don’t like stereotyping but I really can’t help it in this case. It’s crazy!

Dr. Kim Trieu is the best dentist I’ve been to! She’s super nice and seriously, really, cares. Prices there are very decent too! This will forever be my dentistry. Ok, lame.
