I’ve been coming here for many months, the price is reasonable, the parking is good, and the staffs are friendly., they always do a good. I love it so much.

Let me start by say thanking for the great customer service! First time here and I’ll be back. Brought my daughters prom dress to have it tailor, amazing service, so friendly and helpful. Happy with the great work, my daughters dress loomed beautiful. Thank you

Ruined my shirt,
Supposedly they washed it the way it suppose to and it turned out like this ;(
And they said is suppose to look like this.
Is my favorite shirt and i just bought it too. First time wearing it and washing it

I got my cashmere sweater repaired hair. The owner communicated with through Unilocal.She is very responsive. They also did a great job reparing. i couldnt even tell there were a hole there before.

Mission Cleaner is great and they are very friendly. I have never had a bad experience with them.

ALL MY CLOTHES RUINED!
I went here on 04/​27/​2016 to wash and fold my clothes. I got my clothes back 2 days later all ruined! They put all my clothes in the dryer which caused them all to shrink. Although the labels clearly say they cant be dried.
When I went back, the lady first pretended not to speak English no more. And I had to explain her what the verb «to shrink» means. Then she told me they do not read labels or differentiate between fabrics. Everything goes in the same machines! Everything! When I asked her if she had any type of insurance that could maybe cover for my loss, she said no! And that she was not willing to refund me anything.
The only solution now for me is to sue her in small claims court. (will post pictures of this soon).
I want to warn people not to come here!
Other cleaners will read clothing labels! Other cleaners are at least insured for mistakes!

I love Susanna or should I say we love her. My kids love her so much, she is so welcoming. Always have a smile on her face and very helpful when it comes to what I need. Prices are affordable. She also let you know when there is any special offer on Unilocal or as new customers. Seems like no one comes here when you see that their parking lot is empty but people come in and out so easily and so quickly. Highly recommend this place. Susanna is a sweetheart, she will help you with what you need!

Probably the finest dry cleaners I’ve ever done business with. They have plenty of parking and are extremely professional.
The lady was very accommodating with my special request to hang the shirts in the opposite direction they normally come in.

1^st time using the dry cleaners. I’d searched on Unilocal for on prior to picking a place. This is, by far, one of the places that met expectations. It’s located at a busy intersection, so keep your eyes open or you might miss it. Very professional (and there’s a check-​in offer!). Susan is such a cool and down-​to-​earth owner, she absolutely does her best to understand your concerns.
Another bonus is the environmentally friendly cleaning products that is used. There is no heavy detergent smell and every thing looks fine.
Will definitely come back!

Quick and painless!
As a passage of rite to adulthood, I had to get my suit dry cleaned. I have heard stories about taking pieces to places, where a) you should take your suit and pants together, b) you should let the cleaners know about something with the garment and c) you should always ask the Unilocal gods where the best place is. (Blame GQ/​Details/​insert-​random-​fashion-​magazine-​here).
But honestly, I was a bit iffy about finding a place, simply because I wanted the suit that was gifted to me, and tailored to my body, to last as long as it could. Some places would care less about your garment, add in a whole bunch of random chemicals and not really care about the condition. I did find some ease with Mission Cleaner.
Before heading to Mission Cleaners, I sent a message the night before, asking a quote about how much it would be to clean my pieces. The next morning, I get a reply from Susan, quoting me the price. I was at awe with how quick of a response I got from Susan, that I knew the people on Unilocal weren’t joking about how great the customer service is. I went in later that afternoon with my suit/​pants and another jacket, and got the price that Susan quoted, plus an additional discount for being a first time customer! I did let the person know (who I think was Susan’s son) that I wasn’t in a rush for my pieces, but if I was, the pieces would be ready by Tuesday.
I went back a week later, noticing that the phone number on my receipt was incorrect. I told Susan this little data entry error when I was picking up my stuff. She quickly corrected this and told me it was a good thing I told her, as they would need it to call me if anything did happened. My pieces came back clean and without the weird cleaning smell, which my closet and I did appreciate.

This cleaners is great! Susan is just a sweetheart, very professional and helpful. The pricing is reasonable, especially for alterations. The location is good and there is plenty of parking.
I’ve used the service 3 times thus far, twice for just dry cleaning and once for alterations. Each time the job was well done. This is my cleaners of choice in the area.

The lady up front is so nice and patient, I had so many questions and dropped off like 20 items my first time here. It was finished in a timely manner & reasonable price! :) they’re open until 6:30 on weekdays so it helps to pick it up after work.
One of the clothes I dropped off had cat hair which I’m super allergic to and when I got it back it was clean: D
Also, parking is available which I also like.

I came here once to clean a few coats and a bag.
The owner accidentally overcharged me and I was nervous about needing to argue or prove the overcharge when I went to pick up my items.
I was pleasantly surprised that she caught it herself and was very gracious about returning the money. She even didn’t collect the money for the bag cleaning until she could verify that her cleaner (she outsources cleaning leather items) would clean it.
Overall she has reasonable prices and great customer service.
I would recommend her place for sure!

First time at this business, and all I can say is that I’m writing a review before I pick up my items. Sometimes, a business has such great customer service, that you feel absolutely certain the product of its services is just as awesome. The manager/​owner, Suzanna, is such a sweet lady that is kind and genuine. I feel confident that my items will be cleaned with an exceptional degree of professionalism and detail. I can update this review the day I pick up my items, but I’m sure I won’t have to. Please don’t hesitate to come to this place for professional cleaning of your garments.

Great and super friendly customer service! If you check in you get a dollar off. A little pricier the dry cleaning I’ve paid for in the past but not by much.

Mission Cleaners are now selling slim and classic fit suits for $ 125. These suits are super nice for any occasion. Suzanna also offers discounts for wedding or group sales.

Suzanna greeted me upon entry and immediately told me about the deals for first-​time customers and Unilocal check-​ins. After turning in my suit, she told me to call if I was running late to pick up my order, and she would happily wait after closing. I also noticed complimentary candy, tea, and coffee for all customers. You can tell that Mission Cleaners tries hard to ensure that customers are well-​cared for.
Picked up my suit the next day for $ 8 after the discounts, originally $ 10. Tip: minimum $ 15 for credit card orders. My suit pants and jacket look clean and crisp.
I’ll have to try the tailoring next. But for now, Mission Cleaners is my new go-​to dry cleaning service.

The front desk lady was so so so so so nice! She always have a big smile on her face, and she also let me know that when I check in on Unilocal I can receive 10% off my price. I think it is very worth mentioning, because not a lot of stores inform you that nowadays unless you see their teeny tiny signs on the wall behind the server or on the register table.
I was freaking out because I spilled coffee on my favorite jacket I got from the UK, and I just hand wash the sleeves and some parts in the front where the coffee was spilled. Little do I know it left soooo many water stain on the jacket. (almost had a tiny breakdown since it was expensive)
Thank god I found this dry cleaning place, and they returned it to me like it’s a brand new jacket. And the service was faster than I thought ! I gave them my jacket on Tuesday, and I got it on a Friday. The lady even let me check everywhere before I leave the store. From now on, this is my go to dry clean place now :) thank you for saving my favorite jacket from all the scary water stains !

Sometimes a business will impress me so much that I know i“ll be giving them 5 stars before I even get their product/​food/​service. This is one of those times.
I stopped by today tog et my dress shirt cleaned and pressed, and not only was the lady very professional and nice (even though I came in wearing sweats and having just gotten out of bed). She was extremely friendly and helpful.
I told her exactly when I needed the shirt, and she was very transparent on what she could and could not do, and why. I ended up being able to pick the shirt up in one day in the afternoon, which is very reasonable.
She also was kind enough to point out all the discounts they offered, like 10% off the first shirt and $ 1 off if you use Unilocal,which is a huge deal for me because I feel like I’ve had way too many experiences where the business will not tell you about a discount unless you directly ask for it.
Can’t wait to see what my shirt looks like, but I’m sure it’ll be great!
