Don’t come here! Rude service and they don’t call you back! Very frustrating and a complete waste of time!

This place sucks hairy sweaty balls. They’re only surviving because they’ve been around in SGV for a long time, but the service is a joke. They’re rude as hell and you’ll never get a decent answer out of them on the phone. Save yourelf some time and go somewhere else.

DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH LAI LAI ALHAMBRA TRAVEL. It’s a waste of money.
JENNY IS VERY VERY RUDE AND CHARGING MORE than what it’s supposed to be (It’s the CHEATING BUSINESS)
The lady, Jenny, charged me $ 378 for 4 people to Las Vegas (The actual ticket fee from other Lai Lai monterey park agency and Bravo agency is $ 297. Called that lady back for the difference, she’s giving me shit about adding tax and resort fees, which other agencies did not have these fees. What a lair and unhonest SUPER BITCH. BE AWARE.
It’s the worst agency ever. No respect to customers. Cheaters.

I called at 9am and this lady answered the phone. When I told her the destination and the time that I need to be there. She just put my hold on for about 2 minutes without telling me. I only stayed on the phone because the music was still playing. Then she answered the phone and rambled something to me and hung up the phone. I called back right after and told her if she wanted me to call her back or something because I didn’t hear her correctly. She didn’t even let me finish talking before she hung up on me again after she rambled on some more.

This is the worst travel agency I have ever dealt with. I can’t even believe Lai Lai is still opened. I don’t know where it gets their business from.

There is a good travel agency about a block down from there. It’s called O.K. Travel. I like that place because they take care of you.

DO NOT TRAVEL WITH LAI LAI. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! GUARANTEED!

A horrible TROLL of a woman is running this place, and seems to be the big boss over the other branches as well.
Search on Unilocal for the other branches and read the reviews… don’t bother going in here and getting insulted and wasting your money on such a business. Try my recommendation of China Travel Services down the road just a ways, I can’t imagine you wouldn’t be treated well enough and get a consistant good price there… at least go anywhere else but Lai Lai.
