JJ Jumpers

I highly recommend JJ jumpers for every party. I reserved a bouncer, tables, and chairs a week before my baby shower and they were still able to accommodate me. I even made changes last minute but Lisa didn’t mind. They also gave a reasonable price. Thank you again JJ Jumpers!

Convient and efficient.
Convenient because they are a local business that services my area. They have a website were I can pick the product and pay, as well. As a busy mom I can’t drive around and look for a business. I need the info with a touch of a button. Efficient because you get a great customer service with the security of the items you picked. I would defenetly use their service again.

I don’t normally do this but I have to say that in all my years of dealing with different vendors JJ Jumpers has by far been the worse.
I called in and spoke with Manny a week before my event and I told him what I needed and I was told the items were available; he told me there would be a 10 dollar delivery and pick up fee (which I thought was weird since on their website it clearly states that there is no fee for local delivery and I fell under that), I needed the chairs and tables so I agreed to the fee.
I live in a 2 story apartment and I was setting up the event in my living room. On the day of my event I spoke on the phone with the person that was delivering the tables and chairs (because I was out running a quick errand and I wasn’t there when he arrived); when we spoke I advised him 3 times the items were going to be brought up stairs and he said, «ok». When I arrived he told me he couldn’t take the items up stairs because of liability issues and it was on their website. I went on the website and nowhere on there does it say they don’t do that. The delivery guy refused to take the items up stairs and I tried calling Manny but he never answered. Again I needed the items so I just told him to put them in the garage. I later had to take 3 heavy round tables and 40 chairs up 2 flights of stairs all by myself.
Then to make matters worse (and as if I didn’t already have enough things to stress out about); I rented linens for the tables and the delivery guy told me that they were not available and someone would be dropping them off later that day. I was livid because I was told all items I requested were available and reserved for me. I finally got the linens shortly before my event.
Also the tables I received were so dirty and 2 of them were broken and had tape all over them. It made me happy and relieved that I decided to rent the linens for the tables. A horrible experience overall.
I will never use them again and I will not be recommending them to anyone.

JJ Jumpers was awesome. Jesse & his crew came on time & set up the dunk tank for my daughter’s 10^th birthday party — surf/​beach themed. They texted me when they were on the way, set up the tank, explained how it worked & were available when I called to ask a question.
Jesse came back on time & waited for us to finish the party. They were great & the price was totally affordable. I will use them again & my friends all wanted JJ Jumpers business card.
The reservation process was easy as we provided a small deposit & we were able to pay the balance upon receiving the dunk tank the day of the party.

JJ jumpers were on time and were fast with their setup and pickup. They even gave a good tips on where to setup the bouncy house. The kids loved the jumper (13×13 with a slide) — it was safe and fun. There were no problems with tables or chairs. We recommend their services and will use them again

We are very pleased!!! The reservation process was very easy, we were able to pay online for the deposit and then pay with credit card on the day of delivery, they were on time, set everything up, cleaned it for us and were very professional. The jumper was in great condition and the kids had a blast! We will definitely be booking from them from now on for all of our gatherings! And can I add that they are a family-​run company– the kids came with dad to remove the jumper which I think is awesome! Please support this business– they are great!

This review is long overdue! I’ve been a long time customer since I’ve moved here to south pasadena and their services are great. They are busy so it’s better to book fast. Once you book them, they deliver. I’ve rented from them for all my parties and have always been satisfied. I forget the guys name that I deal with but he’s great and the delivery guys are always so sweet. The last time I rented from them was for my baby shower and the guy that picked up and delivered was really nice about loading everything and other things for me. Thanks again! Looking forward to the next event.

They have been great to get jumpers from and a great price. I’ve used them 4 times now and they’ve always been on time with the delivery and pickup. Of course the kids love them. Only thing is I would not recommend the big water slide for kids under 7 – 8. Most of our kids were too scared to go on it.

If I could give zero stars I would… Planning an event is already stressful enough without having to worry if your vendors will deliver as promised. Unfortunately for us, JJ Jumpers dropped the ball and left us scrambling last min looking for tables and chairs. Even though they mostly do deliveries, my wife spoke with them and they agreed to let us pick up the items. My wife called 2 days before our event to confirm pick-​up but kept getting the answering machine. She left them a message but never received a call back. The day of pick-​up, no one was there to give us our rentals. We waited for an hour and kept calling only to get the answering machine. We ended up finding chairs and tables elsewhere but it took away time from other things we needed to tend to and created unnecessary stress. The most frustrating thing about dealing with them was not being able to get a hold of them. Someone from their company called later that day (3 hours later from pick-​up time) saying we didn’t pick up our rentals. Really?! My wife received a refund via paypal but did not receive a phone call or at the very least an email with an apology. Very disappointed and will never use them again. Be weary when deciding to go with this vendor. Not worth the stress in my opinion.

I rented a water slide for a end of season party for baseball. It was delivered on time and clean, the kids loved it– couldn’t ask for anything more! Placing another order for it for a birthday party!

We just used JJ Jumpers for our school 8^th grade graduation party and they were great! Lisa was very pleasant and professional over the phone, arrived promptly at the time requested, had an awesome setup! The kids and parents enjoyed the photo booth. Would definitely use JJ Jumpers for any party needs.

We’ve rented from many companies (and researched even more) but JJ Jumpers is the best all around. Their customer service, products, delivery men, prices… it does not get better.
We rented last year, going to rent again this year and for many years to come!

This past weekend I had an event, I ordered a few tables and chairs for an important family function, I looked at these reviews and decided to go with this company. The price was reasonable. I put in my order, set my time for delivery between 11am-​1pm. I am a very organized person and like to stick to a schedule, it was 12:57 and I hadn’t received so much as a phone call letting me know they were running late. I called the company and I vaguely remember an apology, she just said they were running late. They showed up over an hour later.
Mind you, the house where the event was held, is only 15 mins away from Alhambra. I live in Alhambra, I should know.
I was disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service. If you are running late… CALL. Don’t wait until the angry customer CALLS YOU. I will not use this company for future rentals, I don’t trust them to be on time. Even today when they were going to pick up the items, they were 2 hours late. The tables were also very dirty full of tape, pieces of balloons and residue from previous parties.
Customer service is important, you never know who you will disappoint. I work for a surrounding city and help organize events, I found out today that we have used this company recently, there was an issue then as well, needless to say, we will not be contacting them for future events.

Excellent jumper and terrific customer service! We rented the pirate jumper, which was in perfect condition, very sturdy, and a huge amount of fun. From beginning to end everyone at JJ Jumpers was just terrific, and made everything so easy. Thank you! Our 5yo son had the best party ever.

Great service… we ordered the Sargent 5 in one combo jumper, 5 tables,&30 chairs. My sons party theme was army… everyone loved the jumper it was really cute. thank you jj jumpers. will definitely remember you for the next party:)

I sent an online quote request — no response. I called and left a voicemail — no response. Not a good first impression.

I planned a Last minute party for Monday. So I called sunday because I needed toddler sized chairs and tables. They arrived ON TIME and the equipment was SUPER CLEAN. The ladies who delivered were very sweet and POLITE as well as the lady who confirmed my order.

JJ Jumpers has always been awesome! they drop everything off on time and pick everything up on time or even the next day.
I rented from them several other times in the past! Their jumpers are super clean, staff is really nice and they always gave a receipt (not all jumper rental people give receipts). I never had any problems with them. everything I rented from them always been super clean. I mean. tables, chairs, jumpers and the snow cone machine. we are very observant people when it comes to things we rent especially cleanliness. This is one one the reasons why I always come back to JJ Jumpers. second reason. they always give some sort of good deal when you rent from them!
I highly recommend them!
