Found out you just have to go to another property management company and give this POS company (ideal property) 30 day notice that you’re changing management. I only wish I did this sooner.

Horrible customer service. They don’t care and they don’t return calls either. Not sure how they stay in business.

Having them as a management company is not a happy event. Very hard to deal with Communicating with them is very difficult. Records not good. However, not a total disaster.

I’ve been the vice president of my homeowners complex for two years now and I really can’t stand working with these people anymore. Initially we got rid of the first manager from their company due to a language and cultural barrier but that turned out to be a mistake. The Hispanic lady that they used to replace the Korean Lady is even worse!!! Yes the same barriers don’t exist but she really exemplifies the stereotype of Asian people are harder working and Hispanics aren’t.
This lady has a major attitude problem because she’s finally been promoted to a position of power, or so she thinks. It’s funny how people without an education, maybe some vocational school training, think that they are smarter and better than everyone. A simple 4 month training program does not make you smarter, more educated, or even remotely logical Maria.
My review would be consistent with everything you see on this Unilocal page. These people do not know how to communicate with their customers (or in my case their employers) and they always look to do the absolute minimum.
Any HOA board that is looking to hire these people should think twice about it and please contact me for more horrendous details and examples.

They use to manage our property in Rosemead for the HOA. They did an awful job. Not very responsive to any of the needs. Anyone looking to hire this company should think twice. It was a waste of my dues to the HOA for them utilizing this company.

I agree with other people. If I can select a negative 10 stars, I would! This company is horrible and very unprofessional. The management very deceiving. They recognize the issues but are not willing to fix it. The management company did not even want to have Board of Directors. They told me that they will set up Board of Directors with members but that was years ago and nothing have been done.
This management company hides the records. They claimed HOA money was used to do termite assessments and nothing was found in any of the complex. I have termite droppings on my complex! When I told them about it, they gave me the run around and did not address the problem at all. I ended up fixing the termite problem out of my own pocket money.
Absolutely, nothing has been done to our property! The property is poorly running down because of this company. They claimed our part of the HOA payments goes to maintenance but I have not see a single maintenance person for years. I agree with others. The management company uses the same vendors with very poor workmanship over and over again. The vendor didn’t do a good job. It takes months (about 6 months on average) to get a respond from the property manager and many many emails and phone calls. Another 6 months to get the repair done. Many of the homeowners in the complex are very angry with this company.

This is probably one of the worst property management companies I have dealt with. They don’t respond to request and when you call the office the gentleman that answers is very rude and says there is nothing I can do. Cynthia is never in the office and always in a meeting (yah right).

I agree with Carrie T. If I can give them negative stars, I definitely would. They make owning a condo, one of the worst experiences ever. Very slow to respond to concerns, does not care about the home owners, and the list can go on and on. I had a slab leak in my bathroom and the association’s regulations state that any plumbing in the walls and floors are the association’s responsibility. Well, the leak was coming from the floor, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure that out. So of course, they try to escape the responsibility by blaming a tankless water heater that I had professionally installed. Saying that it stressed the plumbing and caused the leak. Come on, if you’re gonna try to bullshit me, at least back it up with some real data or facts. I’m a degreed mechanical engineer and I know a thing or two about stress. After I threw out some technical jargon, I never heard back from them and was forced to pay $ 3000.00 to fix the plumbing on my own. Thanks for nothing and thanks for taking my monthly HOA fees and using it for who knows what. Obviously, it’s not for the homeowners.
Second, how long does it really take to prepare documents? Come on. My lender needed some documents in order to finish my loan and they took a damn month to finally get it right. Seriously? Because of they’re incompetency, I lost out on an interest rate that would save me $ 150.00 every month for the next thirty years. Thank you for costing me $ 54,000.00. UGH. This company needs to DISAPPEAR.

I agree with the other review. It has been an uncomfortable experience in my condo with the current Management Company and certain Board Members. The wording in their correspondence is unprofessional and unclear. They use fines to communicate as opposed to better community-​oriented communication. They give you very short, impossible turn around times to resolve so-​called issues, such as a 24 hour period to clean up an oil spill that you didn’t even know existed. This company seems to have improved somewhat from a couple of years ago, but they still have a very long way to go.
