Henry’s Towing

I just had towing service from them at 8 am on Friday morning. My Highlander had battery problem, I couldn’t even open the door. Being so desperate and helpless, I called Henry’s to tow my car to Toyota @Pasadena. The driver, William was very polite and professional. My house sits very hilly narrow street some time some track even refuse to come by. But he didn’t even complain, did the job very swiftly in about 30 min, we r out to the Toyota. Toyota guy wasn’t even expecting me to be there so soon that we needed up changing the appointment time 1 hour earlier. Excellent job, William and Henry’s!

They are so helpful and professional. They got to the place on time. And with the warm smile I feel much relieved after the accident. By the way their rate is fair!

Excellent quick service. Silvester took the time to set up ramps for the flatbed to accommodate my lowered car. He loaded it on and off without any issues. Thank you for the prompt service.

I have never used this tow company but gor as long as they have been around they have used Westminster Ave as a freeway they don’t slow down for kids they don’t stop at stop signs I’ve contacted the Alhambra police and I’m not sure they have looked into it because it keeps going on. Friends on other blocks have the same complaint.

Towed my car and damaged it in the process. Staff was rude and charged for a whole day of storage when my car was there for 1 hour. Do not use their services if you can avoid it.

Well, my truck’s serpentine belt broke tonight and I needed a towing. Searched google and this service popped up and I’m glad it did!
Most other services were quoting me over 100 bucks to tow 8 miles. They did it for 60 with friendly and quick service. I waited 45 minutes which is exceptionally well at night.

Thank you Henry’s Towing. This is my first review ever but I was treated so amazingly well that I just had to share my experience. The dispatcher was very helpful and very nice, I told him my location and where I was headed and was given a great price. I was dreading the towing fee due to me calling elsewhere and them charging me and arm and a leg. Henry’s prices are amazing and affordable.
What made my experience with them a million times better was Mauricio. He was extremely sweet and very helpful. If I ever get stuck anywhere (not that I want to) I would definitely give them a call and request a pick up by Mauricio. He made the ride very comfortable and distressed the situation. Everyone was really professional

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! I called to be picked up from the side of the i-​60. They made a mistake and went to the i-​10. The driver called and told me it would be even a longer wait. When i called the shop to complain he yelled and said i will cancel your service and hung up!!! When i called again asking him not to cancel the service bcuz am stuck and really in trouble he hung up on me again!!! I have never dealt with such RUDE person! When you’re stuck on the side of a freeway you must be freaking out and u want anyone to show up… you’re so desperate but my advice is not to call these guys! Sooooo frkn RUDE!!!

Victimized and gouged by these less than friendly… actually to be truthful, rude and even condescending folks today.
Great to hear they charged some of you above here 48 bucks, but I guess when you’re already a victim, they feel they have the right to charge you 265 bucks instead. After all, they didn’t make you a victim, they’re just piling on right?
You would think when an arsonist burns your car that would make you victim enough, right? It’s a tragic and very violating feeling, also very scary to be targeted by an arsonist and in this case that was made slightly better when they did catch him toward the end of this last weekend. So anyway, the police had my vehicle towed from in front of my residence on a Friday about 1.5 to 2 miles to Henry’s Towing to hold it for evidence in their investigation/​case. No problem, I’m all for helping to catch this guy, right? So last spoke to the police on Sunday and my vehicle is still on hold, fine. Wednesday, we get a receipt in the mail and indication that the vehicle is released from hold… Long story short, we went straight over to Henry’s towing, but had to pay these clowns 365 bucks to get the completely burned vehicle out of their yard to be sold for scrap.
Even though it’s still totally wrong, I would have paid the 48 dollars other people mention paying and pretty much just moved on without much thought. I just don’t get how they want to gouge somebody who’s already out major $$ through no fault of their own.
BOTTOM LINE: when they need to attract you as a customer they charge a reasonable (48 $) price. BUT… when you have no choice but to deal with them, as i did, they hold you up by your ankles and shake your pockets empty. That’s what kind of people these are in case you want to know what kind of people you are dealing with in hiring a towing company.

My car had died and there wasn’t much I could do about it. My boyfriend called Henry’s Towing so that my car could get towed to the nearest dealership & they had said they’d arrive in 30-​minutes… And they weren’t lying! Henry’s Towing was on-​time and the best part was that he only charged $ 48. Henry’s Towing was very nice, friendly & convenient. I would recommend Henry’s Towing to anyone in this area (:

A close friend and neighbor texted me from the 710 Fwy saying she was broke down and pulled over to the side off-​ramp … safe, but worried how she was going to get towed off the freeway without a lot of money to pay a tow company. I called around getting quotes of $ 180+ for a 5 mile tow. I found Henry’s Towing on Unilocal and received a quote of $ 48 and a 15 minute arrival time. Done and done!
I met them at the off-​ramp and was very impressed with Henry’s Towing. They arrived within the quoted arrival time — on a Friday night no less — and the driver could not have been more courteous. In the past, I have waited two hours and more for a tow when originally told by a company that they would be there to assist within 30 minutes. So frustrating dealing with companies like that! Not so with Henry’s Towing. They were helpful from the second they picked up the phone. Highly recommended.

I was really impressed with Henry’s Towing, granted I have only ever had to use a business like this twice in my life before. Having already had to deal with the inconvenience of having my car towed, I have to say that the employees at Henry’ s Towing made my experience much easier and not as embarrassing as I thought the experience might have been.
The other two towing companies I have dealt with left me feeling like I was being swindled and were not nice to me at all. I totally did not get that feeling here, I was in and out in a timely manner. I could complain about the cost, but then again, I shouldn’t have parked where I wasn’t supposed too, and I don’t know anything about towing cost or towing fees associated with towing car’s I’ll leave that alone.
Although I don’t plan on needing a towing service anytime in the near future, should I need one, I would not hesitate to use Henry’s Towing service.

These azz-​holes apparently have a sweetheart deal with the city and extort $ 116 PER MINUTE from the hapless car owner, on top of the $ 50 impound fee. Yes, my car was towed. Yes, I was a distracted idiot. Yes, I am overflowing with venom right now.
Yes, I had to walk my livid ass down to the police station to pay a fee and get a release. The police were nice… very soothing… I sort of wanted to hang out for awhile… you know, have some coffee and some doughnuts with the lazy, corrupt, do-​nothing police.
On the other hand: Henry’s.
They are absolutely rude when you call them. Completely unaccommodating. The shitty ‘tude is not necessary. They will get their money. The guy at the counter actually argued with me when I told him the person on the phone was rude. Since I live in the neighborhood, I’m a potential customer. «We don’t have ‘customers’ here» he said.
$ 200 to tow 2 miles.
So, if you need a tow (a voluntary one, like when your car breaks down) don’t call these ruthless bastards, because you ARE NOT a customer, you’re a mark.
