I don’t know if the lawyer is good or not, but you will need a better receptionist. I call today Saturday, and I don’t know if I was talking to the personal number or office, but the women at the phone look like she have not idea about how to manage costume service, it just seeing that is not to professional or careless to the business.

Franklin successfully helped me with my H1B, It was a pretty difficult case and he had to spend some extra time but he did it anyways without complaining and/​or asking for more fee, which I really appreciate. I’ll be hiring him again for my future immigration needs.

After starting up a business venture with some Chinese speaking partners, I thought it’d be wise to work with someone who had good knowledge of the language and culture. I knew of Franklin informally through some friends, but after meeting with him — and getting his insight on my business plans — I was glad that I made the right decision to retain him as my legal advisor.
Like many of the other reviewers, I have nothing but good things to say about Franklin’s services: he is extremely responsive to calls/​emails and his dedication to helping people grow their businesses is palpable. He is also very proactive in identifying key legal issues that might come up. This has proven invaluable to me as there are lots of rules and regulations that I wouldn’t have known about were it not for his expert legal guidance.
Franklin is definitely worth every penny and I would highly recommend those who need immigration or business legal services to contact him.

I met Franklin back in April when I was in the process of starting up my business. I had contacted multiple lawyers and none of them seemed as dedicated or as caring as Franklin did. We never formally met in person, but had a consultation over the phone and exchanged plenty of emails. He’s a good guy and a very knowledgable lawyer.
He helped me begin the process of my LLC and gave me advice while answering any questions whenever I would have any. He responded to my emails fairly quickly, even though I’m sure he was very busy. I would send him multiple questions per email and being the detail oriented person he is, he replied with each question in quotes to be sure he answered them all.
Overall, he is a very skilled lawyer and taught me quite a lot about what goes on in owning a business.

Contacted Mr. Franklin Tzeng regarding an immigration question and got basically a consultation free of charge and an advice from top lawyer. Down to earth and easy going he showed compassion and understanding. His willing to help is genuine and I think that’s important. I didn’t feel like being a client, seriously, more like a friend and that’s was surprising and encouraging. Good change compare to regular lawyer behavior. He knows really well what he is talking about and how things goes. Very professional and accessible at the same time. Try to contact him, and if he wont answer you right away because of busy schedule, he will write you back if you give your mail!

I have known Franklin for a number of years now and have known him to be an upstanding and very ethical attorney who in this day in age is hard to find. I’m an international student who will be working in the US after graduation and recently corresponded with Franklin over e-​mail regarding the OPT and H-​1B visa processes. Franklin was not only quick to respond, but also provided lengthy, detailed answers to all my questions. Most attorneys would hesitate to provide advice without assurance that they will be compensated for their time, but Franklin understood that I didn’t need to bring on an attorney for my case just yet. Not once did he push me to sign a contract or mention fees/​rates. He genuinely just wanted to help me, and took pains to make sure I understood the legal terminology and immigration policies. And as others have already mentioned, he has an extensive network of contacts that he is happy to connect with each other.
