Dollar Tree

I am always able to find what I’m looking for at this Dollar Tree.
Run out of windshield wiper fluid? BOOM, a gallon for $ 1.
Need to replace drain stoppers? BOOM, a 2-​pack for $ 1.
Want really cheap ornaments for your not-​as-​cheap tree? BOOM, 12 – 15 pack for $ 1.
Starting to get the idea?
Every time I’ve been here the aisles have been organized. My only qualm is that at any given time, there is only one cashier helping the entire store. That line to check out can really get backed up depending on what time you go!
Parking is shared among the entire plaza so you may need to circle a few times if you want to park close.
Not much else to say except to check out this place if you’re searching for some general knickknacks for the low price of $ 1 (including mylar balloons for all occasions!!)!

Just recently went to this dollar tree… I usually go to the one in my area but I must admit I had a good experience. One of the employees named Raymond helped me greatly. Thanks Raymond!!!

Really bad service, cashier doesn’t do there job, talk to customers to judge other people, that’s not your business, just do your job make the line shorter ~~~

This is the place to get cheap stuff like household items that last a couple months before breaking, toys you don’t mind the kids losing or destroying, and other stuff you didn’t think you needed but end up walking out the store with because the prices were so low. I like coming here for balloons for special occasions like birthdays. Dollar Tree does stay competitive with Big Lots in the same plaza, but don’t expect a pleasant shopping experience at either store.

Zero stars if I could. Horrible service, longest lines, messy aisles. Manager Vee does not help when lines are long.

Store is small the floor that they have makes the store look dirty no AC at least not today, idk if they do have AC. Cashier was nice you can find basic things here but if your looking for more things go to a 99¢ store is bigger and cleaner also organized.

I buy moth balls, classroom supplies, and doggy bags here. The people working here are pretty nice and helpful. I like this location because it is in the same plaza with Baskin Robbins and Starbucks.

I love the dollar tree! And I love this location as well, the cashiers are always friendly and they always have a bunch of cool stuff that I don’t really need but can’t pass up cuz it’s only a dollar! Minus one star because it’s pretty messy at times.

This is my go to dollar tree since I love shopping after lunch or dim sum at Sunday bistros or top island. Today I came in and maybe got under 10 Sallie worth of stuff. My credit card was decline which was very odd. I have very good credit and savings in my credit card. The lady vee tried three times till I decided to call the bank. It turn out my credit card was hack and charge 9 bills. My account was block. I never got to get the item since I never carry cash. I love my plastic. The lady vee was very nice and offer me a few dallors in case I had trouble getting home since I take über everywhere now. To cut this post short I was very surprised and how helpful and humble she was. Keep up the good work.

I always love Dollar Tree. Only because their things are soooo affordable! Haha. well this store closes at 10 which is nice because I was out to dinner with my family and trying to buy a birthday balloon for a friend’s baby birthday the next day. Thank god this place is opened till 10 !
The associates were pretty nice although it was only one cashier opened :)
I also bought some hair elastic bands. One box came with multiple colors of 750 for only $ 1 and another box of just all black 500 of them I believe. The elastic bands for the multiple colors one works on me even though I have really a lot of hair. Except it broke so fast when I came home after the party trying to take it off from my hair. Lol maybe I was being rough with it: P

Located in shopping plaza so parking is hit or miss. Inside the store is somewhat cluttered, products on the floor. The aisle is also narrow and can get crowded with people and their shopping carts. I found more plastic bins that I couldn’t find at the Highland Park location or Pasadena/​Rosemead location.

Horrible customer service. Been coming here for years and now they have some lady at the counter ignoring everyone doing busy work. Looks over at (4) of us in line and says oh be right with you. She saw us standing there, she even looked me in the eye. Then the elderly couple in front of me buy something, she doesn’t talk to them and turns her back on then after taking their money. They reach for a bag, she turns around and snatches it out of their hand and says they can’t have a bag for one item. She then rings me up and stacks my items in the counter, and I ask, your not going to give me a bag? She said you can carry them with your hands. I left my things at the counter and didn’t pay and walked out. I will not be back.

I like this place. Found a bunch of cool shit for only $ 25 bucks. I would’ve given it 5 stars but the service kind of sucked. On one hand a very nice lady saw me carrying a bunch of items and yelled across the store to let me know that there was a cart available so she gets a star for being cool. On the other hand the douchebag tattooed kid cashier, had no sense of customer service at all. Still like the place though.

The two stars are for the product and price, the deducted three stars are for service. The cashier was ringing up products while using his phone (checking something on the phone screen and keying in things). I bought 5 of the same product, which the cashier could’ve scanned one and key in 5 for qty, but instead they scanned it one by one (not always successful, cos their eyes were on their phone screen and not the barcode and scanner).
Other than that, for $ 1 what more can you ask for?

It’s funny how the majority of the time I go into some discounted store whether it’s Dollar Tree, 99 Cents, Bargain Store, etc., the employees who works there are grumpy most of the time. There is no difference for this place. I walk in, nobody acknowledges you, you buy what you need and leave.
I went in there today to buy some cheap inexpensive batteries. I don’t even know the manufacturer who branded the batteries. I just wonder how long it will last before it’s time for another one.
It’s not a big deal for me when I walk in whether I get greeted or not. I just find it amusing because it seems like the bigger the bargain is, the more disgruntle the employees are.
Anyhow, this particular store is well stocked with merchandise. You could find snacks, water, greeting cards, household cleaners, candy, and a lot of other general merchandises a consumer may need at home.
I like coming here since this store just to buy last minute greeting cards, batteries, or whatever I may need at the spur of the moment.
I don’t know, but I assume everything inside is around a buck.

I love their $ 1 balloons! What a great deal!
They also sell a lot of party supplies and cute things for different holidays.
They have a bunch of useless items as well, so don’t get carried away. If you buy a lot it ends up not being cheap. Or at least that’s how I view things.
Need back go school supplies? They always have a bunch in September!
They even sell cool things like B’Loonies! (Major throwback!)

EVERYTHING IS AT MOST A DOLLAR. Some items are even as low as 2 for $ 1, but I’ll always know it’s at most $ 1 for sure. Who doesn’t love a dollar store? There’s balloons (the good, pretty kind too), foil pans, glass cups, paper plates, cups, spoons, and forks. They got Ziploc bags and water and soda! The list is endless.
My second favorite location because it’s by my house. My favorite one is in Rosemead where Target is because that Dollar Tree is gigantic!
And I didn’t know this before, but they take credit cards!
