For the most part, I used to always enjoy coming into this office. There was a very nice man named Edmond and he was always friendly and Never got my information wrong. However, ever since he left the building, they hired a young lady named Terry. Terry is unfamiliar with most insurance companies they provide and she always has too many questions to ask other when it comes to handling customers. I had sold my car about 3 weeks ago and asked Terry to remove the car from my insurance. First they told me to call whenever I sold my car– I did that. They said I needed to go to the office, and as I was on the phone, I drove straight to the office. When I arrived, I provided the information that was necessary and still, they were unable to remove the car stating that the company is «closed». Terry advised she would email me for my authorization that my car had been sold. Due to Her mistake, I am now paying the price of an additional amount of $ 102.00. I sold my car on 09÷09÷15. I was in the office on 09÷08÷15 which was a Tuesday. As soon as I sold the car, I was at the office by Thursday 09÷10÷15. Terry did NOT handle this situation and she did NOT notify me when she could not rectify the removal of my Volkswagen. I do not care whether she forgot or if it has been busy. I am the customer and it is Not My concern if she is incapable of doing her job. If she rather handle easy cases and decides to «forget» about my case because it is a company she does not understand then she is clearly Unfit for this job/​position. Please advise that I no longer want her assistance through any transactions or interaction going forward. In my opinion through my experiences, Terry is unprofessional and unfit for this insurance office.
