This adult ballet classes are excellent! It’s like a dance school class without the price. Doris is a good teacher and keeps the class interesting by changing up her exercises. Basic format is bar warm up, center work and the floor work. Since it is adult ballet and we have back and knee problems, she modifies the exercises for us. Classes have a mixed ages ranging from 11 – 60, mainly 30s. Class has a lot of beginners and a few intermediates. I gave it a 4 stars instead of 5 because she moves a little quick on explanations but she’s more than willing to help you one on one before and after class if you have any questions. Very good exercise for cardio, toning and flexibility!
