We were eagerly anticipating good, fresh Barbque when we order Baby Back & Texas Ribs along with Brisket. The A LA Carte price for all this is $ 70.
Imagine our disappointment with over-​cooked pork, slender (little meat) beef and warmed Italian Beef presented as smoked Brisket (no smoke ring). Perhaps the sandwiches are good. Perhaps if catered the food would better. Perhaps there is better barbecue elsewhere at a more reasonable price.
Perhaps we’ll look elsewhere for slow smoked meat.

If you have to choose a BBQ place, pick this one!!! I’ve been coming here since I was 5, and the food never disappoints at all. The BBQ turkey sandwich, ribs, pulled pork are favorites! It’s small but that’s what’s so good about it. It’s focus, BBQ! Not some showy place trying to fit in the main stream!!! If you like local businesses, good food, and great service this is your place! Take out is a must bc it is small, but if you’re wanting to dine in go for lunch.

My fiancé catered from here for my surprise birthday party. The bbq pork is amazing and the bbq sauce is everything you’d ever want — a little spicy, a little tangy, and 100% delicious. He asked for everything to be made gluten free and they had no problem doing it. He also ordered shaved turkey, which was a little on the dry side, but smother it with a little bbq and bam! Instant deliciousness! In case you were wondering, we saved the leftover bbq sauce — and bought squeeze bottles to store it in. Yep, it was that good! The deliciousness shall continue!
On a separate note, speaking to the credit of the business and owner, my fiancé walked in with internet pricing on the catering. They told my fiancé that the prices had since gone up, but since they hadn’t yet updated the web, that they’d give him the internet pricing, without my fiancé even asking. Gotta love an honest business! I look forward to tryin out there dinner menu soon!
