Had awesome customer service. Switched from att. Bill was cut in half almost. Got a great phone. Not the one i was planning on getting. Very patient. Good sense of humor. Actual kinda had fun. No stress. I think john? Helped us. Hope he got his no position as a manager.

Terrible! I was there for over four hours to switch my service to an individual account. There was a glitch in the system and it red flagged me which I could not get a phone that day.(not their fault, and I am ok with that) they said it would be fixed on Tuesday and I would get a call. No call from them, so I called them. They told me Friday it would be fixed. Thursday evening spoke with the store manager named Veronica. She told me FOR sure I would get a phone Friday evening. Spoke with them today(Friday) they told me sorry it is going to be another five days! What happened to for sure? I told them I would like a credit off the phone of my choosing for my troubles. They told me sorry I cant do that from the store, your going to have to call sprint. WTH! Yes you can what a crock of shit I think I will be going elsewhere

The customer service here is terrible! I had a repair on my phone and Sprint sent me to them telling me that they could fix my issue. When I walked in the Manager said right away he could not help and repeatedly told me this without even looking up my account or seeing ntoes that Sprint called the store to verify that they could fix my phone. Horrible, horrible customer Service! Never go here!!!
