Being the business owner and manager I was inspired by my passion to serve other in the medical fields. Gained experience as ER nurse for 20 years in one of the prestigious hospital in Chicago before starting this home health agency in 2007. Our agency offer services such as Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Medical Social Worker and Home Health Aide. We provide quality service which can be vouched by our satisfied patients. Our home health agency ranks among the top 500 home health agency (Home Care Elite) in the country from 2008 to 2015.
