Normally I love charming Charlie’s, but this Monday I had to return two dresses that I bought last Thursday. The manager Sarah was extremely rude to me about it. The dresses had the tags still on and I had my receipts. She asked me three times if they were worn and I kept telling her no, we simply did not need them. She said I didn’t have the right credit card which I did. The ironic thing was that she was very nice when I was buying the dresses, and BEYOND rude when I had to return them. Which is a shame!

I LOVE Charming Charlies, however I would much rather go to the South Barrington or Schaumburg Charming Charlie’s. The past handful of times that I have gone into the Algonquin store, there has been 3 associates there, however, they seem more concerned with their weekend plans than greeting & helping customers. I went in today because I love the items that the store carries, but after 20 min of being there, without being greeted, the associates did not stop talking about their personal lives. I put back everything that I was planning on buying and walked out. Just disappointing.
