A & W Plumbing

I was «required» to use this company because of a home warranty that I have on this home. A & W did not come out at the time — OR DAY — they said they would. When I called them again they were a bit absent minded and indicated that they had misplaced our phone number. I had to call the home warranty company again to get another plumber assigned to my file.
About an hour later the owner of A & W called me cursing at me! He said it was my fault that he was going to get a bad review with the warranty company — he also indicated that he had some personal stuff going on in his life and that «money» was taken from his personal account (not sure why he’s telling a customer that) — then he hung up on me after YELLING at me.
Very unprofessional — didn’t show up or call.
